UTIITSL is terrible at processing applications

UTIITSL is a contract vendor appointed to process PAN (government tax id) card applications in India.
They are terrible at it: problematic website, entire website inaccesible from USA for many weeks beginning 5/2025, claim they didn't receive payment information, claim they didn't receive notarized support documents via mail from USA, etc.
Good luck getting your PAN card through them.

Very Very Bad Service

Very bad service. I had applied for name change in my wife's PAN card. In mail, I had received correct PAN Card, but I had received physical copy of someone else. I had called to customer care. As instructed by them, I had courier the wrong pan card with the request letter of my pan card on 19th March. After one month, I had called to Call center, they asked me to share courier details, after sharing the same. Now they are saying that they have not received the wrong PAN Card. Seriously, they just want me to apply to reprint and earn the money. Very helpless team.

Don't believe this UTIITSL

I used this UTIITSL for my PAN card. UTIITSL works until payment is not working properly after payment is received. I complained through e mail, phone several times but no response. So my point is don't believe it 🙏
