I've ordered at least 20 motors from them over the course of a year and expect to continue to buy more. So far the motor themselves have continued to work. The only time there have been motor failures has been because of our (not uu-motor) mounting system to hold the motor fixed. One motor arrived with a damaged wire and uumotor is sending a replacement part. They have also been able to provide more detailed technical information, e.g. about wiring, and spare parts, e.g. replacement tires.

Tony has been of a great help trying to find the best solution. Solution was not easy to find, but Tony found it where other manufacturers had given up.

This shop is serious, and they sell good quality parts. Their customer service is also very good.
One of their engineers guided me and helped me solve repair and customize my three wheel scooter. We talked on WhatsApp and could send each other pictures to help solve problems.
Would really recommend them😊
