As new climbers with very little idea of what climbing shoes would suit us the staff happily spent several hours helping us find the perfect pair. The staff are all friendly, very knowledgeable and honest. They are not trying to sell you the most expensive thing in the shop and only interested in helping you climb more. I would happily travel to them again without a second thought.

When I'd ordered some new kit for an upcoming climbing holiday but it hadn't arrived with a few days to go I got in touch with them. They sent out the stuff again immediately using next day delivery at no extra cost to me. This was before the requisite period of time for reporting a parcel as lost so they didn't have to do it. It's not often you actually get decent customer service in the UK but these guys really did an excellent job and i will certainly use them again and 100% recommend them!!
