Ordered some parts to Sweden, but they sent it to the Netherlands (my billing address). Despite clearly advertising 24/7 availability, they did not respond to my numerous emails and whatsapp messages until 4 days later. Thus it was too late to rectify the issue. Not that they planed to rectify it, their response after 4 days was that it was my fault. No other solution but suck it up or return for a refund. I live in Kenya and my wife was in Sweden this week, so they royally screwed me over with this one. I will NEVER use them again.. If things go south, they are not reachable and unwilling to help!

My Alpine Stars tech 7 sole inserts kit (with glue) arrived with the the packet mis shaped and damaged and the glue tube had been squashed and had leaked all through the pack rendering the glue useless, then I was peeling with pliers all the dried glue off the inserts. The parcel box it arrived in was completely undamaged and unmarked . I paid a premium to get these to my country because they came with glue. Never again.

Even during this time with the virus happening, I had the item very quickly, it came from outside the uk, which is even more impressive, and was frequently updated about my order. Highly recommend and will be using again.
