Best vacation ever! I contacted Anastasia and she organized my somewhat complicated, multi-family vacation. It was everything we asked for. We had a group with diverse interests and wants, so we weren't easy to please, but she somehow pulled it of. Would definitely return and use this agency again.

Anastasia was a joy to work with. She answered the dozens of questions I had quickly and thoroughly. She helped plan the best trip my family has ever had. Once we landed in Costa Rica everything was handled from the Covid tests to ground transport. It was very simple and worry free. Our hotels were upgraded. The volcano lodge was beautiful and the Parador was a 5 star resort and we had the best view in hotel from our balcony.

This was our first trip to Costa Rica and I had no idea where to go or how to arrange to get there. I was contacted by Anastasia of Costa Rican Vacations by phone and suddenly all of my confusion disappeared. I simply told her what we wanted to do in Costa Rica, and she found us hotels as well as transportation from the minute we arrived at Liberia Airport as well as for every activity we did and area we stayed in. It was flawless. We were contacted while on vacation to see how things were going and if we were having any problems. If I needed help, I knew it was simply an e-mail message or a phone call away. I definitely will travel with Costa Rican Vacations again.

Another fantastic trip to Costa Rica, this time to Manuel Antonio. Anastasia did an amazing job coordinating our last minute getaway, and it was perfect. Traveling can be stressful, but Costa Rican Vacations takes that out of the equation, from start to finish. Highly recommened!

We just returned from my second trip booked with CRV, and it was amazing and planned perfectly. Anastasia was very prompt in replying to my several emails and very knowledgeable, providing a list of recommended restaurants, etc. highly recommend and will use them again if able to visit CR a third time.

This is the third time I have used them. I wouldn't have come back if they weren't really good each time. They are located right in Costa Rica, and they know their stuff. they have a US toll free number, so it makes communicating easy. My rep for my first and third trips was Anastasia, who was wonderful. I asked for her the second time, but it seems that there was a period when she had other duties within the company.

Anastasia was beyond amazing to work with. Couldn’t be happier on our family trip with three young children. Every booking was perfect!

My first trip to Costa Rica was a wonderful experience. Evidently the middle of December is after the rainy season, and before the dry season, which is also apparently one of the least visited times for tourism as well. We basically had no lines for anything, always reservations available, and quick service for any need or want. The people of Costa Rica are some of the nicest that I have met on the planet. Everyone was so laid back and amicable, it was extremely pleasant; Pura Vida! I am not talking about the employees of the resort even though they were eager to please at every opportunity, I am referring to the general populace of Costa Rica. I liked the culture anyhow, so having the opportunity to experience it first hand was a treat. The value of the dollar goes a long way as well, although I would not recommend taking any bills larger than a $20. It is very difficult to get change from anyone. Otherwise the only bad part of the entire experience was Atlanta, GA int'l airport. This could hardly be blamed on the travel agency, but I will never be going through that airport again for any reason. Thank you Costa Rican Vacations, and Anastasia in particular, for a truly memorable experience!

My husband and I had the most amazing vacation done by Anastasia at Costa Rican Vacations. The itinerary was incredible, the transfers and drivers were fantastic and the resorts we're gorgeous. They made our 15 year anniversary the trip of a lifetime!

Our experience was wonderful! We worked with Anastasia to plan our perfect honeymoon and she was great! From airport transfers, hotels and hotel transfers, excursions; everyone we met was so extremely nice. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will be back to plan another vacation to Costa Rica!

With Anastasia McCullough as our agent... okay and 18 day and five location adventurous vacation was easy as pie! We visited Villa Blanca cloud forest Resort, Arenal volcano, Jaco, Drake Bay, & San Jose! Some Adventure Tours included a jungle night hike, River Tubing, horseback riding, jet skis, snorkeling, daytime jungle hike, a catamaran tour out to Tortuga Island, waterfalls, ATV/SBS off-road stuff, surfing lessons, whale & dolphin spotting, & much more!

We had a great vacation! Costa Rican Vacations was a pleasure to work with. Anastasia listened to our wants, likes and dislikes and set up an amazing itinerary! Everything was handled professionally, above and beyond our expectations, and gave a great experience of Pura Vida. Even when weather caused the cancellation of a trip through cano blanco, Costa Rican Vacations took care of getting a sailing adventure lined up. Highly recommend!

Costa Rican Vacations is a full service company that leaves no detail unattended. From the wonderful hotels down to excursions and transportation, we had no glitches in our vacation. Which meant pure fun and relaxation.

From the moment I contacted Anastasia McCullough with Costa Rican Vacations to the moment we boarded our plane in San Jose, Costa Rica for our return trip, everything went just like clockwork.

This trip was to celebrate our granddaughter's 16th birthday. Anastasia planned every minute of our trip. We were greeted in the airport in San Jose, taken through immigration, our bags were hand delivered to us and we met our driver. We proceeded to the Arenal area where the accommodations in the Arenal Manoa Hotel couldn't have been nicer. The next day we were picked up for our Sky Adventure Tours of the Hanging Bridges and the Sky Tram, Zipline Tours. Those were led by very knowledgeable guides. Returning to the hotel, Meals in the hotel restaurant were delicious. My husband especially enjoyed the coffee! The next day we were picked up and taken to the ATV Tour. It was at least a two hour ride by very nice and capable guides. We were also fed lunch on this tour. That afternoon, we enjoyed the pool at the hotel and the hot springs. The next morning we returned to San Jose, caught a domestic airline (Sansa) to Palmar Sur. We were met at the airport and driven to Sierpe where we caught a boat to Aguila de Osa Inn in the Drake Bay area of the Osa Peninsula. At Aguila de Osa Inn, we were greeted at the dock, checked in, met the owner and staff, taken to our room at the top of the stairs. This room has a magnificent view. The food here is EXCELLENT! Every evening they serve delicious appetizers before the meal! The following day we went on a Corcovado National Park Tour led by Tony. This was very well done. Tony fed us lunch that day. Well worth the walk! The next day was a snorkeling trip to Cano Island. Beautiful surroundings and great fish sightings! The next morning we were taken back to Palmar Sur and then to San Jose. Our entire trip couldn't have gone any better. We never had to wait for anything, transfers were always there on time if not early. The hotel choices were perfect for our family. The tours were excellent. Nothing could have better. Kudos to Anastasia for planning a very special trip for our granddaughter's 16th birthday!!!

We had a great experience with Costa Rican Vacations from start to finish.
Our travel consultant Anastasia was wonderful and we appreciated the updates that were sent prior to our trip. All of our transfers went perfectly with wonderful drivers. The company was very helpful with last minute changes and even dropped off a cell phone that was left in the van during a transfer so it was there in the morning!

Thank you to Anastasia and the staff at Costa Rican Vacations! Everything from beginning to end was planned and executed perfectly. We loved our vacation and the country. Everyone we met, all of the staff at our hotels, our drivers, our tour guides, and everyone on staff at CRV was spectacular, friendly, and super accommodating. We changed a few things and upgraded rooms during our trip, and everyone at CRV was friendly, helpful, accommodating, and quick to respond. Our vacation was perfect and we cannot thank Anastasia and CRV enough for that. We wish you could plan all of our vacations around the world! We would love to come back to Costa Rica soon, and we will definitely use your company again. Going into a new country, it was so reassuring to have all of our travel accommodations taken care of us. It really alleviated a lot of stress. Especially upon arrival, Diego met us at the terminal and escorted us right through customs and immigration then on to our domestic flight. The long ground transports were comfortable, and they provided us with snacks and water for the trip. Our travel agent, Anastasia, absolutely gave us what we asked for in that all of stops gave a slightly different experience and taste of the Costa Rican culture. We definitely would have not had the same experience on booking on our own.
