The worst company ever !!!! They have lost my parcel which I paid for and now since more than 2 months I did not get my order and they keep saying it’s on its way !!! Useless customer service agents !!! I requested my money back and they won’t give me full refund! They really stressed me out !!! Bad bad bad company and miserable customer care !!!
I had the worst experience with them. They have lack of trustworthiness and they claim that they delivered the package and I didn’t receive it nor did anyone contact me for delivery. They refuse a refund nor to find a solution . I don’t recommend them at all to a one !! They don’t even have a complaint page. They claim for customer satisfaction but don’t satisfy their customers .
