Since July, there have been five interventions to identify the problem in the solar boiler, parts have been replaced, but no solution has been found. During the last intervention by your chief technician, the problem was found and I am now assured of many more years of enjoyment from the Vaillant solar boiler! Manufacturers who don't shy away from problems but tackle them head-on to find a solution are rare, but this is definitely the best way to ensure years of good word-of-mouth advertising! Thank you for everything.

We had scheduled boiler maintenance with Vaillant on 02/10/2025. I was travelling at the time, but my wife was home and, unbeknownst to me, paid the technician directly after the intervention. Upon my return, I received an email requesting payment for the planned service, which I also paid.
A day later, I discovered two transactions in our accounts for the same invoice number and realised that Vaillant had accepted payment on the day and later sent another payment request to me by email.
A complaint (reference 14455753) has been open since 03/10/2025, yet I have not received any contact or update from customer service, and the issue of this duplicate payment remains unresolved. I would appreciate urgent attention and resolution of this issue.

We installed a Vaillant aroTHERM VWL 55/3 A 230V heat pump in 2022, believing we were investing in a reliable and energy-efficient solution. Unfortunately, the product has broken down three times in less than four years, leading to long periods without operation – and Vaillant’s service team has been unable to repair the system in a timely manner.
This has happened despite having a service contract and regular maintenance. The product simply hasn’t delivered the reliability one should expect from a premium brand.
To make matters worse, customer support has been very slow and difficult to reach.
Looking back, I wish we had chosen another manufacturer – such as Hitachi, which appears to offer both more reliable systems and better service.

Excellent service to get appointment (in 24h, beginning March). I was informed in advance on the time slot for the visit & I was notified when technician was on his way. Technician identified & fix problem replying all questions I had & checking the whole installation providing objective and useful advice

We've had no heating for a week, in the middle of winter, and we have 2 young children. The issue has been identified, and can only be fixed directly by Vaillant. A request was raised, and I was told they would contact me for an appointment. When I didn't hear from anyone, I called and was told we had to wait another week for an appointment, but that they would try to find a sooner appointment and call me back. When I again didn't hear anything, I called back only to be told the soonest appointment was now in 2 weeks! Not only was the first appointment clearly not booked as stated, but we are now expected to live without heating for 3 weeks! I cannot believe the poor level of service and absolute disinterest we have experienced.
