Dog loves the food
Update: Had a phone call from the company to apologise and to explain what had gone wrong with the published review. My review has now been removed from their site. They promised to speak to the packing company about the amount of food in the tubs. They also clarified the situation with the food and if is a complete or complementary dog food. I appreciated the call and as lack of communication was one of my initial concerns I have added a star to my original review.
Ordered the selection set of raw food in 1kg boxes. The amounts were inconsistent and not always the full 1kg. The boxes were fragile and several were broken on arrival. The website says that all of their food is a complete food but the label says complementary food. I contacted them for clarification but got no answer. I then submitted a 3 star review on their site - I got an email asking for me to wait until someone contacted me. I did not get any contact from the company and now they have published my 3 star review with 5 stars!
This is all a shame as my dog does really like the food.
