Worst mental healthcare company I've ever dealt with. Nobody answers the phone, nobody responds to messages or medication refill requests in a timely manner. Several times, I have scheduled appointments with my provider just to have them magically disappear just before my appointment. Then my refill request is denied, and I go without medication for a week before I can get another appointment.
Horrible experience. No one answers the calls. I sent a message via portal requesting a refill and they told me I have to call to schedule an appointment, which I did schedule but surprisingly disappeared. Endless loop of being referred from messages to call only to be on hold for eternity or leave a voicemail no one will return.
This company is not the best. My Son and I have been trying to reach them via phone call to discuss their billing and they do not respond. I hope they see this and advise on how to better reach them.
