They Damage Your Vehicle And Leave You With The Bill

On April 22nd, I dined at MILA. At 7:50pm, I dropped off my car with 1st Class Parking without damage. At 11:50pm, I picked up my vehicle with damage to the front fender and underneath and now front driver wheel makes a clicking noise. Pagar, was the valet attendant that drove my vehicle and returned my vehicle.
I filed an incident report with Miami Beach. The english speaking attendant claim to call Miami Beach for camera footage and told me they would follow up with me. On April, 25th I contacted the owner Mario Hidago S. via text message with no response. On April, 26th I called again and spoke with owner who said, he will speak with staff, review the footage, and follow up with me the same day. There was no follow-up! On April 28th, I called the owner and there was not response.
Mario, I gave you 8 days to do right by me and you have failed to correct the matter. This seems to be an ongoing pattern. Where your staff damages vehicle's and the owners are left with the bill. This shows poor business and character ethics on your behave.
