I am absolutely outraged

I am absolutely outraged with the abysmal service I received from Valhalla. I purchased an item from them, but it was never delivered. After numerous attempts to contact them, they finally responded with a dismissive message, saying that they would not refund my money no matter how many messages I sent.

This level of customer service is simply unacceptable. Valhalla has shown a complete lack of respect for their customers and a blatant disregard for basic business ethics. It is truly astounding that a company like this is allowed to operate in the market.

I strongly advise against doing any business with Valhalla. They do not deserve your money or your time. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I will be sure to warn others about the appalling treatment I received.

Harassment, threatening behaviour and bribery

I would not recommend you do business with this person.

I used the Valhalla Fitness ebay store to make a purchase. (Otherwise know as O'Driscoll Sports Equipment Ltd)

When my item didnt arrive over a week later I messaged the seller to ask where my item was. His response was that he was on holiday and the item would be sent on his return. I messaged back to ask for a refund. Then he started demanding that I "admit my error" and started trying to insult me with some immature and ridiculous messages.

To be clear - The seller had put a message on their ebay listing stating they were away on holiday. I didnt see this message at the time I placed the order.

However, under all circumstances consumers are entitled to a refund. He refused to give a refund and continued with the demands and strange messages.

Thankfully ebay buyers protection is pretty strong and I was refunded.

Today (about ten days after ebay refunded me) I received a message from ebay telling me that one of my listings has been removed due to copyright infringement. Its for a £5 sleeping bag I wish to find a home for rather than sending to landfill.

Anyway the account which has reported my listing is Valhalla Fitness or otherwise known as O'Driscoll Sports Equipment Ltd.

I find this behavior quite weird.

I would advise anyone considering purchasing from here to think twice.

UPDATE

Having spent the past hour or so working on this matter, EBAy has informed me that there is nothing they can do with regards harassment.

However I can request proof of intelectual ownership.

Here's some legalities surrounding this matter incase you ever become embroiled in such a matter:

Some EBAY members can register as Vero or Verified Rights Owners.

You can also be reported if you decide to use "stock images"

The listing I created had three images I took myself and one stock image.

So ten days later James from Valhalla fitness decides he still cant let things be and stalks my account online. Then reports my listing.

And then I receive this email from James:

HI Daniel,

I assume I have your attention now.

Please remove the malicious feedbacks if you want to continue selling on eBay.

Best wishes

James

I strongly advise anyone not to deal with this person.
