Giving 3 stars as food was lovely but too long of waiting time in-between meals. Waiter lad screwed up our drink order and then we got charged for his screw up..... Then messed up our dinners all we asked for was 2 adults beef,kids beef,spuds veg and gravy for child and a soup starter noting complicated about that and then brought out wrong food so had to be sent back then waited another 20 mins.. as I can imagine we had a 17month old with us so stressed isn't the word...

Paid £145 for a spa day…after 3 hours had to leave
1 Hotel was freezing cold, treatment room only lukewarm. Booked afternoon tea which was ok however on arrival in the restaurant we was shown to a table by a door which was moving due to the draft making an already cold room even more uncomfortable. After realising the draft was right on my legs I asked if we could be moved…I was shocked by the response “sorry not possible as all the other tables are set up for dinner” we were the only people in the restaurant at 1.00 no one came in for lunch and was still empty when we left!” Shocking service
2 The treatment was disappointing and not worth the money..relaxation room too chilly to relax
3 The changing room was freezing cold…
4 When in the restaurant you could hear staff through a closed door using bad language
All in all and very disappointing day and couldn’t wait to get back in the car to get warm

Fantastic service from all staff at the Valley hotel. Great evening meal and breakfast and good choice of food. The staff couldn't do enough to help with my disabled mother. First class service. Thank you

I use the hotel bar every week. All staff are competent, but Joe is exceptional. He takes customer service to the next level. I know when Joe is serving the order is correct and served well. He has the attention to detail that comes naturally.

Stayed here having made a booking online for a family get together. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and an excellent breakfast.
