If you need a mobility scooter I can recommend Value Mobility

We have been extremely pleased with the whole experience of dealing with Value Mobility from all aspects of the purchase of the mobility scooter, all staff very pleasant, knowledgeable & efficient. Delivery was on time & very quick, full explanation of the scooter on delivery was very good. We found that the secondhand scooter we purchased was very good value for money. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I booked for courier delivery and I was telephoned to say the delivery would be at a certain time on the day in question. I was then phoned to say that as an engineer was in the area he would bring my scooter set it up for me and explain how it worked at no extra cost.

Very efficient & professional service. Both products arrived within a week. So glad found this company as saved over £300 by buying with them compared to local mobility shop.

The service that I received was trouble free and the delivery was very prompt,thank you very much.

Very helpful people I purchased two scooters which were 1st class and had 1st class treatment if this is a company says next day delivery you get it the next not next week like some of them.

Item was ordered only because prompt delivery was assured by the lady spoken to on the phone.Payment was made. I rang a day later on a different point and was surprised to be informed that the item ordered was actually not in stock and no assurance could be given as to when it it would be available again. My credit card payments was refund promptly and without hassle anbd I obtained the item elsewhere, in the promised time. But, if I had been given the correct non-availability info at the outset, the inconvenience to me and to the company could have been avoided

Purchased the good grips long handled dustpan and brush. It arrived very well packaged within the expected time. So pleased.

Delivery within a week. My only complaint is with the manufacturers (and perhaps with Value Mobility in not realising) is in not supplying adequate instructions for assembling the buggy's seat. This resulted in me struggling for several hours and severely damaging the paint on the upright support for the seat. BUT, although the manufacturers were very unhelpful when I contacted them, when I phoned Value Mobility they gave me very precise instructions and all was sorted within a few minutes. So, it would have been five stars for Value Mobility except I think they could have checked that the instructions for customer assembling was complete. (The manufacturer's response to my phone call was that the buggy should have been supplied assembled- but in fact most of it did arrive in the packaging already assembled and the rest wasn't at all difficult apart from the seat.)
I'm very pleased with the buggy now that it is assembled!!!

I can only say that i wish other copmpanies were as straight forward and helpfull as this company , they were never pushy with me when i made contact and they delivered as and when they said they would and the packing was great and as for their prices i do not think that you will beat them - so i am saying go ahead and make contact with this company and you will never look back and i am sure you too will sing there praises ,, regards Dennis .

The ease of steerage and power control are remarkable, such a tight turning circle,
whilst sitting in a comfortable chair.

I had to get a new mobility scooter after my old one broke down and was beyond repair.
I wanted to get the Pride gogo sport. After searching the internet I came across Value Mobility which had the model that I wanted at a very good price and free delivery. I contacted them to ask if I could pay to have it next day delivery. The Lady that I spoke to was very helpful, she said that they would get it to me as quickly as possible and there would not be any extra payment required. I was contacted later on that day to say that my scooter was on the way. Sure enough my scooter arrived the next day!
The scooter was well packed and the delivery driver was very helpful.
I have to say that the whole experience of buying from Value Mobility was a pleasure.
Their customer service is excellent, their prices are the best I could find.

Hi very pleased with my purchase and we could not beat the price anywhere. I am sure J Sainsbury veterans welfare will use your company in the future.the only problem is not knowing a delivery date or if there is any delay in delivery.

Initial contact and dealings very good and scooter at a competitive price.

Promised Scooter would be dispatched on Friday courier for delivery on Tuesday (Monday was a Bank Holiday). No delivery time slot was possible so had to stay in all day to wait for delivery. Just after lunch "phone call received advising that they had forgotten to put the scooter on the van for delivery so had to make arrangements to be in on Wednesday. Scooter did arrive on the Wednesday.

Found it a delight to use and easy to load in to my Yaris with rear seats slid forwards.
Came well packaged on day agreed.
Hardest thing on unpacking was to get the seat pads fastened over the plastic base
required lots of stretching to get press stud fastened, would be ease yer if left out in the sun to soften but managed with second pair of hands.
Price and service is all you could want and you will be hard pushed to find better.
If you need portability then the Pearl is for you.

Purchased the Go Go Traveller Elite mobility scooter from the Value Mobility website following Trustpilot's review (it wasn't the very cheapest option but it wasn't far off and the review of Value Mobility gave me the confidence to purchase online from them). I wasn't disappointed. The Value Mobility website was easy to follow and the sale's service was very efficient. I was contacted by phone the day after I had ordered online to see when would be convenient for delivery (and to ensure there was sufficient room for the delivery lorry to deliver) and it was delivered when promised, safely packaged on a pallet (the delivery man also offered me the choice of whether to keep the pallet or not; it provided me with free kindling for our fire for a week or so!). Very pleased with the scooter too.
