It started with re-releasing same swords but with different names/metals. Thats one thing. But now they are re-releasing the same “limited” swords alltogether. Thats unproffesional, disrespectfull and i would call it a scam. I have 3 swords from this company that i have been keeping for more then 10 years, just to have regret ever buying them.

Great company. Replicas are officially licensed and great quality.

Valyriansteel.com is an absolutely horrid company! I bought a new expensive collector's item (sword - Heartsbane) from them and they sent me someone's previously owned, damaged & returned crap with extremely destroyed packaging and no mounting plaque which is supposed to be included. They're completely unprofessional and I'm done with them!!!

I've bought two items from this company now (Needle and Arya's Blade / Catspaw Dagger), and I've been very happy with both products. They look just like the ones from the show, and the plaque's and cases they came with were great. Needle's handle is even slightly curved to fit the hand just like in the show. The shipping was very fast both times (even the second time during quarantine---> less than a week!). I intend to buy more items from this company.

Ordered a Longclaw sword some while back. Shipping took some time, but it's expected when sending it from the US to Norway. Information was available, but sometimes difficult to decypher. Tolls apply, so check your local rates.
Would recommend for those interested in book/movie replicas!

Terrible customer service and lies to collectors. VS has gone against their so called limited edition lie on more than one occasion. They re released the Longclaw damascus that was strictly limited edition and just changed the name. Also poor quality control. As currently stated on their site "Catspaw Blade...is an edition strictly limited to 2500 pieces." "SOLD OUT AND DISCONTINUED." Regardless of changing the name or plaque this is still beyond misleading and ruins credibility in Valyrian Steel. What collector would have respect for this? Strictly limited obliviously does not mean limited to VS. It is just a watered down sales tactic. The blade should have been listed as open edition instead of insulting collectors like us and our intelligence. I have countless other GOT collectables and limited edition means just that...limited to the quantity stated.

Horrible customer support, expect to get thoroughly shafted if you're buying from outside of North America.

Take into consideration a mind boggling, archaic refund policy and a company that won't make any concessions or accommodations for you - pray that the already frankly shoddy and overpriced replicas on offer arrive in good condition at your doorstep.
