Missing items from order. Attempted to contact Van Eyck Sport via email multiple times and received no response.

Do not buy from this store. Terrible service

Absolutely dissatisfied! My order hasn't arrived yet, yet the payment was debited! PostNL hasn't received the package from Van Eyck Sports yet, and after an initial email contact last week, there's been no further response and no refund! Not a trustworthy store, and I've been patient for over 10 days! I'm curious to see how things continue! I don't recommend it yet, but maybe everything will work out; hope dies last!

This is the worst shop I've ever had interactions with: almost unreachable through phone or email, I wasn't kept up to date when the delivery was delayed, pedelec was not preregistered which, on pressing the issue with shop and insurance company, resulted in having to wait 3 weeks for number plate which means I only had a little over a week to test and decide if I wanted to return it, when I wanted to return after that period (mainly because of false advertising) I again had to wait a week for a response. When I pressed the issue a little bit while staying civilized they started replying instantly acting arrogant and superior. Only through a middleman did they eventually offer 2k for a new bike worth 4k. Unfortunately I cannot take legal action because of a handicap so the only option I have is sell it second hand.

Makkelijke aankoop via site, goeie korting gekregen, dankzij de Black Friday deal, en de levering was prima.
De Craft base layer is een no brainer, zo goed!

Great products but badly run webshop.
A one man show without any respect for the customers. A lot of drop shipments, meaning the products aren’t in stock, but sold anyway. Resulting in waiting for days, weeks sometimes months before the customer receives his/her order. Conclusion: there are much better webshops, more professional webshops elsewhere!

I bought a helmet from cycloconcept on November the 26th. I still have not received it, today is December 18. I have sent them 5 emails without any answer. The website account information tells that the helmet was sent, but the link from Spanish postal service, that I received on December 5, shows that no parcel has been dropped off there.

Wordt service ever. Ordered items "on stock" 3 weeks ago and i still have not even seen a shipping notice. Customer service promised to call back which never happened. Money is gone, items nowhere to be seen. Avoid these criminals

The order (OUTLET BBB BLS-110 SNIPER) was not complete, the bracket to mount on the bike was missing. The cost to return the order would be to high, so I ordered the bracket from another store
