Excellent service from start to finish and the product is exactly as described.

AVIOD this company still waiting for a reply THIS IS SHAMEFULL not a single person has been in touch If I could it would be zero We bought a Vango air awning only used it last year put it up this year and still under warranty until next year and it has come away from the caravan strip completely ripped the connection strip away we contacted Vango and got a reply saying 2/4 days before someone will get back to you suprise suprise nothing nearly two thousand pounds for this awning and it's been put together with unsuitable cotton along the seam it's ripped apart after a night in the caravan getting up to find it ripped off good start to our holiday we couldn't wait any longer for them to get back we had to go get it repaired or lose two weeks holiday the service is not suitable and I would seriously recommend no one purchase a air awning from this company again or at least check that it's been made properly or it will cost you more money again to replace or repair I have one thing to say to VANGO customer service you need to seriously look at getting back to the customers who have complained they are the people who keep your company going AWFUL.UPDATE still not resolved passing it on to the retailer now even though it's a fault of VANGO the expect me to send it to the retailer so that they can send it to Vango what is the point in this I would never buy anything from them again awful customer service.

Vango used to make great tents now you just use cheap materials for inferior products. Vango 350 beta xl leaked with the first bit of rain. No better than the cheap alternatives. Come on Vango step up and improve your quality.

Great tent lots of head room, I'm 5'8 with headroom to spare, plus I put it up in 40 mins on my own first time 25 mins second time , I would recommend this tent

Do not order a tent direct from Vango - if you need to return it’s a terrible customer experience. It took 22 days from Vango receiving my returned/unopened tent to getting my refund. Worst online experience I have had.

We have a vango marista airbeam tent. Presently in cornwall in an exposed hilltop campsite. We are having 40+ miles per hour winds for the past few hours and expecting more of the same tomorrow. So far the tent is performing brilliantly, lots of bending and flexing but we are still up. A fantastic tent. Well done Vango

Given up. Awning 4 years old only used 3 because of covid. Punctured bladders several times even after putting in s lower pressure.
And now the roof sub standard material ripped. It is like tissue paper.
All told 24 weeks use.

New tent swiftly delivered. I was able to use it for a trip a few days later.

I bought a Soul 300 (treetop) tent on 14/-06/2023. The despatch arrived on time. The tent was as mentioned very light to carry/very practical to set up (7 mins), very spacious. The pegs could be improved as they bent rather quickly. I had an issue with the back post. VANGO after service was outstanding, and immediately posted a replacement post without asking for any evidence/picture, trusting my word. I am well impressed with VANGO team and its products.
