Poor delivery
Although I paid for next day delivery, it took a total of 3 days to arrive and FedEx app not helpful at all.

Hi Enrico, I’m really sorry again about the trouble with your recent delivery. As we explained over email, we refunded your shipping costs as soon as we knew about the first delay, and then unfortunately FedEx caused another hold-up which was completely outside of our control.
You first ordered with us back in January 2024 and until now we’ve never let you down. We truly value your support and would love to keep being your vanilla supplier going forward.
As a small business, reviews have a big impact on us, so if you feel we did our best to put things right, we’d be very grateful if you might consider updating your review. Either way, thank you for giving us the chance to make this right and for being a customer.
Many thanks, from the Vanilla Etc team
