I suspect this is due to ports being blocked. We block all but essential ports on all servers apart from our P2P servers. The reason is to block bit torrent to keep everyone on the right side of the law. If you connect to the P2P servers, you should find that gaming is working fine. If there's any particular location that you want to use for gaming, let. us know, and we should be able to set up servers for you help.vanishedvpn.com

So easy to use. Quick and cheap to purchase. I found the YouTube tutorial so helpful; it guides you step by step on how to set up your VPN and then it is so easy.

Still waiting for my mini router to arrive - purchased a Roku player from New York at the same time and that arrived 5 days ago. Have sent several emails to Vanished over the past few days and have not response from them. So far its been lousy service

Better than well-known competitors...
I recently renewed my subscription with vanishedvpn and was more than happy to do so. I have checked out some of their better known competitors and in my view vanishedvpn outperforms them, particularly in being able to offer consistent and reliable solutions for regional geo-blocks. Vanishedvpn offer obliging and courteous customer service and their ‘how to’ documentation is clearly written and user-friendly. Very happy with vanishedvpn.

I moved to Vanish VPN after reading a lot of reviews.
I was an IPVanish customer and moved to Vanish VPN after reading a lot of reviews for VPN services in Australia. So far I have found them great as a VPN service. I have not has to use their support yet, which is probably a good sign.

internet speed with the VPN is unusable
All I want to do is stream Netflix. With the use of this VPN however, it is practically impossible to do so because of the laughably slow download speeds. One should be notified of this before purchasing. Will not be renewing.

Fantastic company - no issues with payment/service/etc. very helpful to set VPN up. VPN works perfectly- gives me piece of mind when I’m doing online banking and shopping online.
