Vanity Cosmetic Surgery Hospital 

I am from Germany and underwent rhinoplasty at this clinic on February 3rd. I am now 10 months post-operation, which is more than enough time to judge the final result. This review is written so others understand what happens when something goes wrong.

From the very beginning, the experience was poorly organized. We waited over an hour at the airport for pickup. The clinic itself was clean, but that is where the positives end.

The pre-operative consultation with Dr. Kadri İla was extremely brief. I clearly stated that I wanted a smaller and narrower nose.
There were no CT scans, no proper structural analysis, and no in-depth discussion. After surgery, I was informed that my nose had been broken and my septum was deviated — information I was never given beforehand.

Aftercare was minimal. On day 7, the cast and tampons were removed, and I was essentially left on my own.

Constant excuses: “It’s just swelling”

For months, I was repeatedly told that my concerns were due to post-operative swelling and that I should “wait.”
Because of this, I consulted three independent ENT specialists and plastic surgeons in Germany.

All three confirmed the same thing:
• The result is not caused by swelling
• The problems are structural
• A clear treatment error (malcorrection) is present

The documented findings include:
• Structural deviation of the nose
• Excessively wide bony nasal vault
• Polly beak deformity
• Overly wide nasal tip
• Retracted columella
• Strongly flared alar base
• Disproportionate radix for a male face

This means the final result is medically and aesthetically unacceptable.

Communication stops when money is discussed

Initially, there was friendly contact and even a video call. However, once I clearly stated that I do not trust this clinic or surgeon for a revision and asked for a refund instead, the tone changed.

Emails and messages are now completely ignored.

I even contacted the founder of the clinic, Dr. Med. Güray Yeşiladalı, personally, outlining the medically confirmed treatment error and asking for a professional solution.
No response.

Reality check

Being told for months that a failed result is “just swelling” — while three independent doctors say the opposite — is not acceptable.
Ignoring a patient after refusing a refund shows exactly how this clinic operates once accountability is required.

My face has been permanently altered, and I am now facing a costly revision surgery elsewhere because I no longer trust this clinic.

If you are considering surgery here, understand this:
As long as everything goes well, you may be fine.
But if something goes wrong, you are on your own.

I felt very confident and comfortable in the hands of Dr. Oner and Dr. Unay and the team at Vanity Estetik. Berfin, Zeynep, nurses and medical staff are all very knowledgeable and reassuring. I was amazed at how well coordinated they were together every step of the way. My post operative healing has been very comfortable with minimal pain. Also, the drivers were very caring and amazing. My results look great and looking forward to my full recovery.

I had a breast augmentation + Lift with Dr Mert Sizmas and quite frankly I do not have anything bad to say about him. He was really thorough and calmed all my anxiety during the in person consultation. Told him I was nervous about going under as this was my first surgery but he reassured me that I’m in safe hands and indeed I was.Hes an amazing surgeon and I would HIGLY recommend him.

Obviously now I’m back home and any post op question I have are through my coordinator Murat and he has been helpful and responds swiftly.

However the only issue I came across was there was a lot of language barrier with some of the stuff so this made it difficult to communicate but that did not reduce the quality of care I received .

I had my doubts about Vanity but don’t listen to people that fear monger and tell you don’t go to Turkey. Dr Mert has magic hands, can’t wait for my 🍒 to heal and flaunt .

Vanity just made my dream come true!! Had my rhinoplasty done with Dr Anil Hismi, had a wonderful experience, felt very confident the doctor did an amazing job. From the beginning no process the personal is great. My patient coordinator Marat was very attentive, answered all my questions and did an exceptional job. Will recommend vanity for any procedures offered.

I had a gyno surgery last week, and the results were amazing, the whole staff was very nice and friendly, I can’t complain about anything, doctor Çağatay Öner, the nurses and my clinic coordinator were very helpful, thank you very much.

I’ve been re searching for a surgent for a rhino! & can’t across VANITY! I truly can say I felt so at home with their care , patience , hospitality, & professionalism. They actually went above and beyond & I couldn’t complain about anything at all.

Vanity is 10/10 From the beginning to the end everything they promised they did. Me and my husband are very happy with the service provided. Aishe and Emre are amazing coordinators they made everything run so smooth. From appointments to pick up We had amazing experience.

I recently had a breast lift/reduction along with armpit liposuction, and as it was my first ever surgery, I was extremely nervous. However, the entire experience turned out to be amazing. Dr. Guray Yesiladali was incredibly supportive from start to finish. Living in the UK, I was initially concerned about the aftercare, but staying in touch with the coordinator was easy and reassuring. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily return in the future if needed.
I’d also like to mention that it’s best to book your surgery directly through the clinic. Avoid involving third parties, as they often take commission.

I traveled from another country for lower blepharoplasty with fat grafting and rhinoplasty. One year later, I’m extremely unhappy with both results!!!!

After the eye surgery, I ended up with what look like two fat eye bags I never had before. The fat feels uneven, almost like floating lumps, and I now have visible lines and circles that make my under-eye area look worse than before.

My rhinoplasty also turned out poorly in my experience. My nose looks shorter, the scars are noticeable, and the overall result feels unprofessional. The recovery was difficult, and I didn’t feel supported afterward.

Communication from the clinic was good before payment, but afterward responses became slow. I was also assigned a different doctor than the one whose work I was shown beforehand. When I asked for help, they said I needed revisions for both procedures but that I would have to pay again. After spending so much money, traveling, and going through the stress and recovery, and the botched face that was there work this was extremely disappointing.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Vanity Clinic or Dr. Baris Kanik and Berfin the assistance

Travelled from Northern Ireland to have Breast lift and reaugmentation with Dr Cagatay. I cannot express ENOUGH how his calm, gentle but quietly confident nature helped me build such trust in him. He totally listened to me, was honest with his opinion and took a great length of time deciding what shape, size and lift I needed. I knew my case was not straight forward and he spoke honestly with me about what to expect. Even so, I am delighted!! He is a master at what he does and has such a mannerly, gentle beside manner. Hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful
Clinic was clean
Azra and Nadine were great to communicate with.
Upon first contact with Vanity I asked for Azra and Dr Semih (recommended) and was able to have them both.

I traveled from Canada and like everyone else was very nervous. Dr Semih was very kind and reassured me that everything would be okay. Stayed 2 days in the hospital and then the remaining days in the hotel. The gentleman driving the vehicles were great and even allowed my husband rides back and forth from the hotel to the hospital. Dr Semih is only working part time at the hospital so I didn’t get to see him every day. They did get another dr to check me to ease my anxiety. All in all everything went well
I didn’t know there was a nurse at the hotel until day four. Being from out of country I didn’t expect much follow up but I was also lucky that I didn’t have any complications.
Would I recommend Vanity - yes
Dr Semih was recommended to me and I would for sure recommend him to others

Such scammers!! These good reviews are fake!! I had to keep chasing them as they kept forgetting to reply to my messages, then after FOUR DAYS of wasted time waiting for my quote they finally quoted me TEN THOUSAND POUNDS?? For a just mid face lift and secondary rhinoplasty!?!? When their website says normal rhinoplasty is from £1700 and also said they had a black Friday sale for 15% off!? So that means it should have been LESS than £4000 overall but they’re attempting to overcharge me MORE THAN DOUBLE!! They told me this was because they wanted me to go with the best surgeon they have but they didn’t give me any option for different surgeons/prices before or after I complained??? They also asked to send me a proof of the 15% deal I saw so their own staff apparently don’t even know about it when it’s all over the website?? Then when I sent it to him he said that’s only for the operations price but this is obviously a lie because he didn’t even know about the deal in the first place when he gave me the quote let alone took it off the operations price !? And to top it all off they didn’t apologise or offer to give me the deal or offer me another surgeon or anything. So bizarre

My overall experience was great..my Doctor was Dr. Mert and he was wonderful. I had an arm lift and my implants removed and got a breast list. The recovery is long and painful, uncomfortable because you have to wear a the body suit compression 24/7 for atleast 4 to 6 weeks. The annoying part is the compression rolls all the way up your thighs and pinches your skin sometimes. I know you have to wear the compression to keep the swelling down and for better results. The after care at the hospital I felt some of the nurses weren't as helpful perhaps because of the language difference, I felt like some didn't bother or want to help while I was recovering. While some other nurses were amazing and so helpful. Made my experience better. I needed help getting out of bed and 1 nurse just stared while I struggled. Meanwhile another nurse would hold her hand out and help me out of bed. This is partly why I'm coming back for a thigh lift and hopefully I have a better experience with the nurses while recovering. As well Dr. Mert is another reason why I'm coming back and highly recommend him. He listened to what I wanted and he suggested his expertise on what was achievable for my goals. Bed side manners was excellent. Shout to the drivers from Vanity they were all helpful and attentive as well. I had one go out of his way and take me to the market and suggested a few sight seeing places. Front staff upon arrival was great too. My coordinators Gizem and Berfin were very responsive and understanding.

Very good admin and Great Service

The nurses and the translator were unfriendly and unprofessional. Nothing was explained - when they would give me the narcose dose, which medicine they infused, when they would give me food. My hand was bleeding because of the catheter, a nurse just washed it off with water from the tap instead of desinfecting it. The only thing I loved was the Mercure hotel and the transfers. The service there and the staff was really nice and reliable. Doctor Selami Sirvan is great, he did a good job in liposuction. The clinic's service is pretty bad, I also had to pay for the post-treatment medicine and lymphdrainage even if they told me I'd already paid the whole amout in the beginning. So this was not transparent.

Not the best the service . I paid a deposit this year to hold a deposit for gynecomastia surgery and paid £250. When I tried to revert back to the coordinator to arrange flights etc , he changed the price by another £350 which is a breach of contract . I have had issues before with the same coordinator. I said I want someone to look into my concerns but they sent the same number to the person I am having issues with. I further tried to arrange flight dates and times with the coordinator who only offered one date only which wasn't convenient . There seems to be know senior managers to assist . This company seem to no nothing about Turkish laws and contracts

From the start to the finish my experience with Vanity was absolutely fantastic. 3 months post surgery and healing better than I could have ever hoped for.
My patient coordinator was always there and responded to all my queries with confidence and enthusiasm which made me at ease the whole way through my journey. The hospital is spotless, staff so lovely and the hotel was absolutely perfect, nice and quiet, perfect to recuperate. Having surgery was the best decision I’ve ever made and can’t recommend them highly enough .

I had a breast augmentation with Dr bariş kanik, I’m very happy with the results and the doctor was absolutely amazing throughout. My coordinator nadin was so supportive the whole time and her responses were very quick, helping me feel reassured and calm. She truly made the journey so much easier and I would’ve struggled without her. Thank you nadin!!
