Kept getting emails from Vanon Batteries, so I thought I'd give one a try. Ordered a 4Ah Ryobi compatible battery. Upon delivery, I noticed the "light weight" of the box. Comparing it to the off brand from Amazon, it's half the weight and half the quality. Lasts less time on my Ryobi blower with the same 4Ah battery from Amazon. Will not buy again.

Received a Vanon battery that is a replacement for Dewalt 20V tools. Bought through an Amazon retailer. Battery would not produce power for more than about 5-second bursts. The retailer sent a replacement that was just as bad. Contacted Vanon twice....they refuse to stand behind their product. JUNK!!!! GARBAGE!!!

They are 100% lying about the capacity of these. Criminal investigation would be good.

Bought a battery for a Dyson vacuum absolute bag of s**** DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP AND WASTE YOUR MONEY

Total garbage! Bought two 5ah batteries for my Dewalt. Use once and now last about 3 minutes after charging. Don't waist your money!

18V 6.0Ah Lithium Ion Battery For Ryobi P108 ONE+ after less than 3 months of limited use is showing all the classic signs of Lithium battery failure, unable to fully charge, quickly get hots to touch with rapid loss of charge, the reappearance of some charge after cool down, etc. Its usability is worse than an 8-year-old genuine 4 Ah battery. Seller is yet to respond to multiple messages so it also appears to come with a worthless warranty.

Vanon battery case keeps cracking under normal use !!
I got batteries on Amazon and Ebey and all of the cases cracked during normal use and they say it has 5 year warranty. They will not replace them the cases are very thin !! The only good thing good about them is they do last when using them.

Terrible batteries. My partner bought me some "milaukee m18 6ah" batteries for a gift for my birthday..
Me always mentioning how expensive the m18 batteries are, she see 2x 6ah for £48 and thought "wow, great deal"...... Boy was she wrong...
One flat out refuses to charge, even if i manually connect my intelligent Li-Ion charger to it, to balance cells etc..
the 2nd battery just under performs.. My genuine milwaukee 3ah battery EASILY out-lasts the Vanon 6ah...
On the puchase, they claimed Genuine Samsung cells... upon opening up the naff battery, they arent genuine cells of any type... type in the printed number on the cells, they are "bulk buy" cells from china..... and connecting the working pack to my intelligent li-ion charger, i did a full discharge cycle, and a balance charge cycle, to get end readings... pack came up as a 2779mah capacity.. not 6000mah (6aH) as claimed.....
So literally, essentially a 3Ah battery, with china bulk buy cells inside....
My partner contacted them... they refused any help, and stopped replying to emails...

Would give no stars but that's not available. .Bought two 18 volt 6amp batteries for makita.used them once after charging underpowered absolute rubbish don't buy these poor copies. May as well thrown 50 quid down drain.

My wife bought two 20 volt canon batteries for our weed eater. Worked 4 times. Shows charged but won’t work. 😡😡😡😡

I got 7 battreys of this make and all but one is working used 3 or 4 times and only getting battrey low charge light on unit. totally crap

Bought 2 from Ebay, Both bad and won't hold a charge. They sent 2 more. Also bad bought 2 from amazon both bad they sent 2 more both bad. They fought me on a refund but then said keep them all and gave refund. So to recap thats 8 batteries all bad, 100% failure rate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We purchased 4 ML:1420 batteries to replace some five year old Makita batteries but although the Vanons were sold as 3600mAh they were unable to last more than a few minutes in comparison with genuine five year old 2000mAh batteries.
Also the charging time on a genuine Makita charger should have been in excess of 45 minutes but was only about 20 minutes which indicates that these batteries were not as advertised.
The seller was hard to contact and did not continue with returns.
I would not advise anyone to buy this brand of battery.

Ordered a replacement battery for my weed eater and the battery I received would not take a charge. They have no one that answers their customer service line so I had to e-mail. Their responses are not appropriate for the questions. They refer you to another site to order batteries or say that you didn't order a battery from them. Never experienced such bad customer service from anyone. I am disputing the charge at my bank due to lack of response.

I am very happy with the baterry performance & the cost wow great bargain
