Company's system setup is complete Rubbish

This company system setup is complete rubbish! After applying for a card and being approved it took approx a week to arrive but that not the end of the world in it self. However, on application process I was asked to verify some personal details and by doing so I would automatically activate the card so when it arrives it's good to go. That's another rubbish statement. Recieving the card and going through more setup details I was informed if I download the app to my registered phone and add the card credentials this would active the card! So I completed the app download and completed all requested information. I then went to work and used the card in a bank ATM and I was not able to do anything as the card was not recognised and I was unable to complete any task not even view basic info like Balance! Returing home and calling customer support I was asked by the automated system to input some card and personal details prior too being passed over to a human being... I was informed that my card has not been activated and if I wish to do so please press (1) Now I have finally being informed my card has been Activated! This afternoon I receive an email inviting me to log into my account online, I try to do so and the system does not recognise my credentials... I request a password reset and informed it has been sent after I provided personal credentials... I am informed reset email has been sent... After checking my Spam folder I can confirm after an hour no email has been sent! Every stage of the process has been a joke and it's obvious too me that similar to a lot of companies these days they over complicate their system too the point it's not fit for purpose!
