Damaged goods and no customer service
Not impressed with how the bike arrived, how it was assembled or the customer service.
The bike arrived damaged, the bracket underneath was totally bent almost 90deg. which damaged the stand so the bike must always be held or tied down when on the train.
We had to tighten everything, we opted for a full check but clearly no check performed. The crank kept coming lose while riding, even though we tightened it often, still comes loose. I emailed 6 times for customer support and got no feedback till 5 months later, and the response was "if this problem still persists,please let me know"... no name, no apology for the shoddy workmenship, no customer support or non-response.

SIDECAR NOT RECOMMENDED
After only 3 years from the purchase of my VINTAGE BAD BIKE with SIDECAR, I find out after a ride on a path that the frame of the sidecar has completely broken,the company just controlled the warranty and when appurated was only 2 years they said not our problem,contact the italian house. My insurance is not paying because they said POOR MATERIAL and the only solution i could find from the phone is "buy a new One!"
So I can recommend the bike maybe,the sidecar it's a loss of money

Ordered on 04 May, bike not received on 04 July - Cancelled order
Ordered on 04 May; on 03 July no update received on the delivery of the order. Had to cancel the order alltogether.
The prices are very competitive but it is very likely that you will wait for weeks (even months!!) for the delivery (even though the item is marked as "Expected shipping date: 2-5 days") with little to none response from the customer service. If you don't mind the wait and the constant chore of reaching out to different customer service departments while paying a bit less, VanSprint is an "ok" option.
But personally it's not worth it, and I reccomend to stay away from this website!

Eovolt afternoon e-bike has had issues since I received it. Each email query I sent had delayed response just asking questions to buy time. Nothing was ever done so I had to resort to paying local retailer to help. Now just under one year my bike has no power (issues with surging power over the months). Now I have sent several emails and messages but no response. Eovolt also don’t support , only via the seller. I have to wait 3 months until I can even get an apportionment with another local retailer, which will cost me. What a big lesson learned about buying online. Never again. How appalling. Do your homework before buying from this company!
Nothing delivered, looks like scam

The worst store and customer service…
The worst store and customer service there is. I bought a bike about 2 years ago and last year in December I had a problem because water seeped into one of the connection sockets and this led to corrosion that damaged the main controller. I have been waiting for a precise answer for 6 months and no one is taking responsibility for anything. I decided to sue them because the bike is still under warranty. Do not buy from them or those who bought from them I hope you do not have problems with the purchase you made because they do not care if you have any problems. What a joke. If I could I would not give any stars.

Terrible customer service
Tried and tried to find a solution to purchase a speed Pedelec from them. They said that they would only deliver to Belgium if I had an address there. When i repeatedly asked if they had any pickup points or offered to organise an address in Belgium, They told me that I could pick it up in Frankfurt. For reference. They will let you purchase the bike online and put in a Dutch address. I am so glad i did not do this or i would be suffering like the poor souls that have already purchased and are having issues. I do not recommend using their service

No follow-up from customer service, after numerous reminder emails to find out where my order was, I finally received a reply on November 14, 2024 saying that the bike was not available, I was offered a size S instead of M
Refund within 14 days! This is unacceptable.
Move on and order elsewhere!

I bought Haibike ALLTRACK 6 for a very good price, even excellent. The bike arrived in perfect condition and very well packed. The only disadvantage of buying a bike here is poor communication with customer service. I was contacted after 5 days, on the website the waiting time is a maximum of 5 days, I waited 3 weeks. The price of the bike is competitive, I recommend it.

Delivery was saying shipping in 3-5 days but it took 10 days in the end. Appart from that the bike is exactly what I ordered, brand new, in perfect condition. Transporter was also very helpful on flexibility to plan a delivery day that worked for me. Very happy with the purchase

The most horrible webshop experience ever.
Purchased a bike in june that should have been delivered within a week. Three weeks later and a bunch of excuses or new fake delivery deadlines I decided to cancel the order.
The should refund within 14 days but nothing for 3 weeks. Again a bunch of excuses.

I asked for a bike with a specific technical feature. Reassured of it by the technical service I made the purchase (18/04/2024).I received an older model without this particular feature. I checked with the manufacturing company to confirm my doubt. The company told me that I had correctly asked for the return within their return policy of 14 days window. Today 04/07/2024 the bike is still in my garage. No news from them what so ever after I was also asked to remove my first review promising me to find a solution. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
They had the bike no one else did!
Was looking for a Koga Supermetro and NO ONE had them in stock ... then I found VanSprint. They had it AND it was on sale. Bike arrived in perfect condition and was VERY easy to set up. Great company, great communication when I had a question about the order. A++
