I got a giftcard from my friends for this shop because I am vegan (40€). I wish they gave me anything other than this, Lidl giftcard would be a better gift. Basicaly I paid 1,90 € for cold package shipping, it came bad after 7 days. They told me I can get money back. I said ok, I will take the money. Then they said I can only get a new coupon (24€ only for cold food that was bad). And I just realised if I want to order again for the price of this new coupon I need to pay 4,90 € for shipping which I did not pay in original order at 40€ so I am again at lost here and I cannot get the original value of the order. I really do not recommend this place, it is really not fun waiting for dhl every day, then get bad food and now again lose more time and not even get the original value.
EDIT: I was offered by customer support another solution not to pay shipping. So I will say the customer support is really fast and ok. Anyway, I find this whole experience a big waste of time.

I've been shopping on their website for a few years now and have always had good experiences with them; until recently. Their products are great and affordable, however, you might want to check their courriers first, as they seem to have changed. My order took around 10 days to arrive( before it arrived in 48h maximum) with half of the products expiring 4 days after getting them. Although they did apologize for the problem, it took them more than a day to respond to each email. I can recommend the products they sell but not their latest service, as it seems to be quite lacking.
