STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES. I placed an order before Christmas, needed the vapes urgently. I told the guy on the phone if he sends the order for next day on the 27th I will receive it the next day. He told me this would not be possible so they would send after New Year’s Day to prevent a delay, I assured him there wouldn’t be a delay and if there was that’s fine, he agreed to send them out on the 27th. The 27th came & no email to tell me that it had been shipped so I contacted them, no reply. I managed to get through to them 2 weeks later, where they said they’re waiting for the stock to arrive. It was at this point I realised I had been mugged off. They get orders, they then place an order from China & when the stock arrives from China they send it to the customer this is why they have the customer waiting weeks. I said to them I no longer need my order, I told them I have whatsapped them numerous times. They asked for my order number and said we’ll refund you. Weeks went by & I was still waiting for my refund… I called them numerous times, messaged them numerous times. No answer. In February they answered and said the business was under new management and they’re extremely busy getting through refunds and orders etc so they would get back to asap. Another lie, I received no contact from them for weeks until midway in march where they said we now have the stock we can ship it out to you. I said send me my Fxcking money I do need or want anything from you. Guess what?? They ignored me and have done for weeks… it is now April 10th 2026 I have still not received a refund. I have never in my life witnessed anything close to this. How can any “company” keep a customer waiting for a refund for 4 months? Absolute disgusting people, company and behaviour. I do not believe for a second that the company has new owners. All bullshit to maintain they’re lies. REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS, let’s get these thieves shut down.

Order not received, after waiting over 2 weeks I managed to speak to someone on the phone to ask for a refund and they refused but promised to send my order out. It has now been 4 weeks since placing my order and nothing has been received. Company now avoiding my messages. Do not buy from here!!!!

SCAMMERS. Taken my money and haven’t sent my products. Stopped responding to messages and will not return my money. AVOID

Do not order from these guys, took two months to deliver, sent out of date vapes, promised to resend new ones and then blocked me. You have been warned also think they are fake vapes as boxes always seem different. £360 down the drain

I placed an order in December 25 and I'm still waiting, after numerous WhatsApp messages to them I had a couple of replies from someone who said they are the new manager and orders are being sorted and that my order would be dispatched in a couple of days and I'm still waiting, they are clearly fraudsters a reputable company wouldn't of let this go on and everything your told by this company is absolute shite, it's beyond me how they can still continue to trade. I am at the end of my tether and I'm now seeking legal advice and I will be contacting trading standards and watch dog in order to expose this company for what they are liars and fraudsters, when you email them it bounces back email address not recognised so you phone the number they advertise and no one ever picks up the phone. Please avoid this site like the plague there experts at taking your money and not sending your order and giving you nothing but bulls--t

Ordered 3 weeks ago, paid via that link and no order received, no response nothing. Scam company always trust the reviews before purchasing. Will have to try claim money back from bank

This place is a joke!!
I put an order in on 28th October and still no order!
I received a phone call 2 weeks ago saying they had taken over and will send the outstanding order.
Still nothing and they won’t answer the phone or reply to messages! DO NOT ORDER

Avoid this company at all costs. Waited 3 weeks for my order which was nothing like what I had placed. Constant promised to send my order but nothing materialised and now they are ignoring my messages and emails. Phone number doesn’t receive incoming calls. Now trying to claim my money back through my bank and have reported the company for fraud as advised by my bank. Very disappointing experience.

I have 2 orders with these people, 1st placed 21st Jan 2nd placed 26th Jan, I have proof of purchase and asked numerous times where the orders are, the company are quick to contact you on WhatsApp, getting a response when you contact is like getting blood out of a stone, and contacting them via their website is even worse, very very poor customer service, won't buy from them again and would advise anyone thinking of buying from them not too, far better sites out there with superior service

Avoid this company it’s a scam never received what I ordered nearly a month ago.
Tried to get in touch tel number out of service an emails just ignored so can’t get a refund an haven’t received any goods.

I made a bulk order and everything arrived all ok! It took about 5 days to arrive but that was over a weekend too. Very happy with service.

Great customer service, received my products safe & sound within a few days.

Wanted to leave NO stars, but it wouldn't let me.

This company is now under new management easy to order, gentleman called to ensure order would be processed. I’m waiting delivery. Will review again once delivered many thanks, Arthur.

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE LOOSING YOUR MONEY. I placed an order i wish i read the reviews prior. They keep saying they have refunded me but no refund has landed. The amount of lies they will tell you if pretty funny.

I am in the process of speaking with trading standards and with my bank. I will also be going to small claims court just to cause hassle for these con men.

Hopefully you have read this before parting with your money

zero stars if i could, placed an order in December and nothing, they replied to my original "where is my order" whatsap message saying its on its way, since then nothing, no replies, scamming robbing ********!!! so wish i had read reviews before placing order, lesson learnt!

Absolutely disgraceful. This company should not be trusted under any circumstances.
since I placed my order, and nothing has arrived — no product, no tracking, no updates, no explanation. Payment was taken immediately, and that is the last meaningful interaction I have had with them.

Since taking my money, the company has completely ignored every attempt at communication. Emails, contact forms, follow-ups — all ignored. There is zero customer service, zero accountability, and zero intention to resolve the issue.

At this point, the only way to recover your money is to contact your bank and raise a chargeback. That is not how a legitimate, customer-focused business operates. Any company that takes payment, fails to deliver goods, and refuses to communicate is acting in a way that is indistinguishable from a scam.

Based on my experience, this is one of the worst online retailers I have ever encountered. I would strongly urge anyone considering placing an order to stay well away. Do not risk your money. Avoid this company entirely.

Absolute thieves!! No delivery No Refund after numerous emails etc.
Have now contacted Trading Standards and now contacting the Police Fraud dept.

Company is a fraud! Take your money and don’t dispatch order…. Placed order on 3/11/25 and still nothing! Emails bounce back! WhatsApp just say we are sorry having logistic issues! Stay clear!! Do t waste your money
