Super reliable
I find vape green to be quick and efficient, with lots of products to choose from.I prefer disposables there's lots of flavours to choose from, with new ones being added all the time.I particularly like the Blue Fusion, it's just so good.A close second for me is Pineapple, Peach mango, but could go on and on with my choices, I like most of them, so I'm pleased I found Vape Green.

Shocking customer service
Purchased a vaping kit from this company. It was faulty ( would not take a charge). The customer service refused to replace it. Would avoid this company as level of service is just appalling. Lots of other companies supply same goods.
In view of your reply may I apologise for my “shocking customer attitude”. I know it’s outrageous to expect to receive a working vaping kit that I paid for and in the future I will just accept the faulty items Vapegreen send me. As an excuse I did not know Vapegreen rated their customers attitudes when I ordered the item.
Well done in saving Vapegreen £9.99. I had ordered £177.89 of vaping goods from you between 6/8/23 and 19/9/23 when Vapegreen sent me a faulty vaping kit. My intention was to continue ordering my vaping goods from your company.
Still well done saving that £8.99. You are an asset to Vapegreen!

I'm not sure why you are wording your review like you are, claiming we are refusing to replace the kit that you reported as faulty.
This could not be further from the truth. We have not refused to replace your faulty kit.
We have sent you information on how to return the kit to us for a replacement or a refund. However, you are refusing to do so.
We have sent you a link so that you can send it back to us free of charge and arrange a pickup of the kit at your most convenient date to avoid having to bring it anywhere or print anything, making the return as easy and friction-free as possible. Alternatively, you could have also dropped it off at your local Royal Mail office if you would have preferred to do so.
Again, you have refused this.
We have tried to meet you in the middle somewhat, asking you to arrange the return, and once picked up, we could send out a replacement.
Again, you refused and replied to our last email with "As I stated, I am not returning anything."

Age verification looks like a scam.
To repeat another reviewer their age verification, via Nucleus is a horror - if not a scam. They just 'fail' all reasonable checks - I'm not scanning in my passport for them (I have had no problems with other vape sites). You also just end in a closed loop trying to get you details deleted, and phone support has a recorded message saying 'no one in'. Have started taking money from my credit card account. Do not use this site unless you want to feel like you've been scammed!
In reply to Vape Green's response - I used a credit card (and mobile) - it has been charged but not refunded. As Nucleus is asking for enough info for a full identity theft but not providing 'a service as advertised' are you surprised alarms are triggered? N.B. I've been age verified by (other) online sellers successfully.

We do not conduct the Age verification ourselves during checkout. We use a third party to conduct all age verification per law. And we are using the latest product and technology from VerifyMyage.co.uk called Nucleus. This is the same company that conducts age verification for Ebay.
We do not charge for this, the only way you would have any charges on your card would be if you used one of the options Nucleus offers to verify your age, which is a CREDIT card verification.
It needs to be a credit card and not a debit card because you need to be over 18 to have a credit card. The check then checks the card type and registered name by charging your card £1.00, which gets refunded.
This option does NOT work with debit cards, meaning verification will fail if it is used with a debit card. The £1.00 will still get charged and refunded, but if it is a debit card, the verification fails.
