Vape Pit in Horley

Vape Pit in Horley. Poor customer service is an understatement. The guy working that day was too busy stuffing his face and on the phone. Offered no help when asking about the different flavours and just wanted to hurry us out. No respect to customers. He just lost two customers spending £40 week. The ladies are helpful but this guy is a joke and shouldn’t be working behind the counter. You can’t miss the Goon. He grunts!

My local shop in Caterham never have my…

My local shop in Caterham never have my flavour of vampire vape juice - been in multiple times asking for it and just get told no don’t have it - go in there time after time asking for the same thing and they never have it. Then they don’t even seem to care or offer to order it in for you. We have an independent shop near us (but is a bit further away) which always stocks our flavour, and go out of their way to have stock in, which is a lot more than can be said for Vapepit. I’m sure they aren’t all as bad but this store is terrible and has been for months. Certain staff just don’t seem to care or have any customer service skills. However there is a lovely older lady there who is friendly but isn’t in there much. This review isn’t about her. Just the younger staff. If you are going to have a store open, order regular stock, offer to order stock in if you don’t have it, or do us a favour and close down.

Shocking customer service

So vape was playing up, smoking , getting really hot going on & off by itself …only purchased Feb 24th had no probs til that point. Always careful with it, not dropped cleaned device regularly made sure no juice in mod etc took it back had all packaging receipts etc. Told it would be sent to wallington sorted and have back by Monday most likely. Called most days, was told, ‘know nothing about it,’ or no record of this at all (had a copy of the form regarding return) also told I’ll speak to my manager who will speak to his manager …someone will call you (told that about 5 times) and so it goes on. Harassed the staff in store today then boom device is back 🤔 picked it up lad in store said unfortunately he knew nothing about it couldn’t even guess as to what was wrong etc device wouldn’t turn on so lad said must need charging. So take it home to charge, try and put it on NOTHING…..hasn’t even been touched by looks of it, in same condition as when I dropped it in there (am guessing it never actually went anywhere else) called Wallington strangely enough the lady their didn’t have a clue about it either! Until she ‘made a call’ then apparently it not fixable as it’s a customer fault….juice in top of device. Probably where it nearly blew up and I wasn’t to careful about putting things back in box neatly. Was no juice in prior that was never the issue. But clearly a way to deflect from having to deal with a genuine customer issue that would require actual customer service. No calls no information and been told today the shop worker should have explained situation….he had absolutely no clue at all, didn’t know what was wrong if anything had been done to it, no clue. So having been messed about for a week, no vape, no communication at all in fact no one had a clue about the issue at all. To then be told ‘sorry we don’t cover that, it’s customer fault’ wow just wow. Been buying from this place years never had an issue then when I do to be treated so appalling is mind blowing . Won’t be using ever again.

Vapepit Croydon

Use vapepit all the time for juice and Coils however my smok nord broke and needed a replacement vape so popped in and spoke with Michelle at the Croydon branch about my options and cannot praise her enough, she was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Michelle for all your help! Definetly recommend vapepit but Michelle just made my experience 100 times better.

*** Excellent customer service and impeccably good Products ***

I was very confused as to what to Purchase for husbands first vape. There were just too many brands out there in the market and I didn’t know where to even begin. I have been buying and visiting the vape pit store for years, in fact 3 of their branches before one was closed.
I was apprehensive at first because of the lockdown, would they have time to go through the different kinds with me. But they were amazing. *** The store is highly recommended ***
All Vapepit staff have a smile on their face, welcoming, friendly and accommodating.
I have been to a few different vape stores in Croydon with some staff members not even ending their chit chats with their mates before looking at you like you’ve ruined their day.

With Vapepit they are approachable, they welcome you and make you feel comfortable.
I always have a giggle with them and they are even better delivering to your door - *** Lovely staff *** Everything always comes as ordered, fast dispatch and delivery (even during Covid). Good products and excellent customer service!

A few weeks (6th Feb) back two staff members (I think two) online and on the telephone went above and beyond to work out what my husband would like. And he absolutely loves it - he hasn’t smoked since.

Thank you VAPEPIT! They are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I’ve been referring my friends to them for years.

The perfect vape experience

The perfect vape experience. Unhurried, professional & friendly welcome. They have a great range of mods and atomisers and of course e-juice. All of their staff are welcoming and knowledgeable but a big thumbs up for Amos and his excellent customer service. Other business could learn from this great business model.
