It's a straight up scam. Having to pay via bank transfer is a good sign even if they do assure you it's secure. IT'S NOT!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

I'll never buy from then again. First, I understand that things can happen and cause problems. That's fine, but when you do not tell the customer and ignore them, it's bad for business. I purchased 2 products from them, and they refunded 1 without saying anything. I only noticed because of a message from my bank. The issue is that the 1 product they sent was a $5 product, and I paid 4 times that for their shipping costs. The only way to get the best value for the shipping costs is to order multiple things. The strange part is that the product they didn't send was, and it's still in stock. Once I noticed the refund, I attempted to contact them, and not only did they not tell me they weren't sending the other product, but they will not respond at all. Their customer service is nonexistent. Their are better places to purchase from, so that's what I recommend. Vapor Empire has very poor business practices.

New vapers are the emphasis of Vaper Empire. In a nutshell. It's just that these guys have a more focused selection of products than most vape shops do.

They resemble subscription services in certain ways, but without the commitment. They put the needs of the customer first and foremost, adding a personal touch to assist you in getting started like all vape suppliers ought do.

great product (Vibe). Easy in usage and great in clouds

Purchased a starter kit from these guys and have been purchasing e-juice and coils for my vaper - the juice is well priced - not the cheapest but reasonable nonetheless- the quality is excellent both for juice and product.

Smooth, flavour is just right and if you follow their advice, just the right nicotine level. I have since referred 4 friends who now purchase from these guys exclusively. Reputable, great customer service (rolled two orders into one to save on shipping costs and sent me some freebies with my order)
