Vape Suite accepted my order and I am…happy to have received my order in good time.
Vape Suite accepted my order and I am happy with the service provided. The only negative issue I experienced was that when placing my order on a Friday, it took several attempts to ensure my request for delivery via the Royal Mail 48hr Tracked option as the Next Day DPD option seemed to be automatically applied. As this option costs considerably more, this was not my desired option.

Faulty Pod 🤦♂️
Purchasing and delivery was spot on, no issues the one thing I was disappointed with was that one of the pods wouldnt work and didn't draw any liquid. I know this can happen and is luck of the draw but still you expect them to work so put a slight downer on the multibuy deal. We go again.

Fantastic experience, I was a little ruthless with him straight off the bat as I am very skeptical so I was a little harsh and wanted answers quick! However next day delivery superb service, and I called the guy back who I was awful with (in my opinion) and apologised as the easiest and best answer to this service “He said… he delivered” thanks for the great service

Not received my order
Ordered from them accidentally put the wrong address as I'd just moved house so royal mail sent it back to them ( I have a picture for proof) I've emailed them 3 or 4 times, tried calling 4 times and WhatsApp them twice but I'm not getting anywhere.they either need to send my product or give me back my £20. I ordered on the 07/02/26 and it's now the 22nd very poor customer service. Won't use this company again
