My fav shop to buy my disposable vapes. I fell in love with them while was in Italy and I was surprised to see them in UK. Since then, I’m ordering through this shop because I have fast shipping and great prices. Sometimes they offer gift as well which is nice to try something else than your usuals. To be honest, nothing beats the ones I’m choosing :D

2 out of 6 didn't work
Excellent communication, quick delivery and great range of products.
However, I ordered 6 x disposable capes which were on sale. 2 of the 6 didn't work at all and the other 4 lasted anywhere between 1 to 3 hours. Usually 1 lasts me 1 to 2 days so I was very disappointed. I was away for work so did not contact Vapourcore to complain. I guess you get what you pay for. The 3 X 50/50 liquid I purchased at the same time were great.

I'm sorry that you encountered a bad batch of vapes. All our stock is obtained from reputable sources and obviously we can't tell whether their is a possible manufacturing error without opening the vapes and rendering them unsellable.
Our Sales items tend to be overstock or discontinued items as we make space for new stock and 100s of customers buy these with no issues.
It sounds like you just had some bad luck with a faulty batch. I have emailed you how to set up your rewards account and given you some points for the faulty devices so you can use them towards a future order.
