I bought a Varde Aura 11 stove a number…
I bought a Varde Aura 11 stove a number of years ago. I had to buy a full set firebricks to replace them last year when two of the four cracked. The cost was £220. After a couple of months one of these bricks also broke. Contacted them asking to buy just one brick. Told I had to pay £220 again for a full set. Good stove awful customer service.

Unfortunately, this is how this spare part is being sold, which are as a complete set.
To avoid buying a complete set, you also got another opportunity, to cut a new backplate yourself. If you buy a “larger” plate you can cut a new back plate by using the old plate as a template.

Poor choice of materials, expensive replacement parts
Bought our Varde Lyon based on the recommendation of a (then) local Varde dealer. The Varde would be far superior to an Aduro oven. After having paid the dealer far too much for the installation of the oven. We soon noticed that the vermiculite interior of the oven started to break. Also windows started to become dull quickly. This despite cleaning them after each use.
The brackets meant to hold the internal side windows in place can't deal with the heat and are disforming to a degree that the glass is no longer held in place.
Spare parts are very expensive and quotes are taking long.
When looking for a wood burner.... Disregard Varde as there are better (serviced) products out there...

Jeg beklager din oplevelse.
Jeg kan ikke kommenter på de ting du nævner vedr. den forhandler du har købt ovnen hos. Hans installations priser mm. har ikke noget med vores service at gøre.
Men oplever man problemer med sin ovn skal man kontante os, gerne via vores reklamations formular på vores hjemmeside. Jeg kunne ikke finde en sag fra "Feddo" så tror ikke du har kontaktet os. Har man en klage så syntes jeg man som det mindste skal kontakte os, ellers har vi jo ingen chance for at hjælpe.
