Should have read the reviews first !! Bought via credit card luckily so will chase my credit card company for a refund as trying to get hold of vault clothing is non existent!!

Order not received
Received email with Royal Mail tracking but upon checking tracking sender has not provided package to track! Emailed, phoned and sent message on social media and no response but was quick enough to take my money!
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Fake company and service , ordered some chino shorts for express 2 day delivery. Had a notification from Royal mail they would be delivered, then 2 days later a msg saying the sender requested to hold delivery. Next thing i know they are return to sender with no attempt from royal mail saying incorrect address. Luckily i've claimed through Paypal for a full refund. would never use or trust again.

Fake site. No customer service, no one answers calls, emails or any social site. NO NOT BUY FROM THESE.

Scam scam I bought lacostee tshirt last year 11 December 2022 suppose to br my son Christmas tshirt I never got it till today I emailed them.several times no response en no feedback about my my order wen I try to track it it says deliver 4 June 2022 how is that possible ds company is a scsm

Bought a coat two weeks ago and it was meant to arrive in 2-5 days and it still has not . Didn’t even send me an email so I can’t contact them.

I ordered twice on this website, spent £800, my money was taken straight away, items never came, emailed countless times and got excuses, then no response and then the website got deleted.

Ordered trainers on the 27th of November payment was also taken out, emailed several times was given excuses for late delivery twice and now the site has dissapeared!!

Brought some clothes spot on will defoo use again

Brought some trainers bang on deffo use them again.

Ordered a stone island jumper and received 100% fake product. Tried to get returns info and nothing appeared. Company refused to return any of my contact to refund and return goods. Luckily AmazonPay retrieved my payment for me.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Do not buy from this rip off company, ordered 3 items and one was fake! Then had a running battle for a month to get a refund ended up having to dispute through amazon pay to get my money back! Avoid at all costs

I would not recommend you buy from this site as I made payment they sent an email confirming payment but that was it never heard from them again even though I sent countless emails

Recieved my parcel in good time, only to find out the there is a missing Item and happens to be the most expensive item. Emailed, called and facebooked. No response...

I would not recommend buying from this site as once payment is made you will get an email cofirmimg it and never hear from them after that! Luckily i paid with amazon pay and got my money back!

i purchased a moncler polo shirt long sleeved they sent me a short sleeved next day i contacted them next day the day after i received the right product and a bonus tee shirt.
perfect customer service will be vaultfashioning again fair play.
