Untrusted Company
The silicone on my new bathtub peeled off very quickly and the bathtub has already sunk within just three months, causing water seepage.

With 1 year labour work warranty and 2 years materials warranty, we have been trying to contact them through all the numbers provided (call, email, WhatsApp, Messenger, and SMS), but no one has answered, the phone numbers are switched off, or they don't exist.

This is an untrustworthy company and I would advise you to look elsewhere for a bathroom suite. I bought a jacuzzi bath from v and b bathrooms and from the start it didn't work. After one year of leaks and the bubbles not working they finally inspected it and said that it had been damaged during installation. They said they would replace it 6 months ago. I have now been blocked by the contact and they not replying to emails. Texts or letters. I am now seeking legal advice on my best way to resolve this. I am leaving this review to warn all possible victims of this company to stay clear.

I still can't belive people are still using this unprofessional business shocking from start to finish they need investigating stay well clear honestly

This company fitted my new bathroom last year & there have been no end of issues. It was a complete botched job & they have refused to rectify the issues. I have now ended up paying for a new plumber to come & repair the shoddy work that they have done.

Not only is their work poor they were extremely rude & very unprofessional.

Avoid this company at all costs!!

Had my bathroom fitted by these may 22 and was initially pleased however a hole appeared within a month in one of the wall panels which in my opinion showed a weak spot in the panel as it was a perfect curve which would have been impossible to do accidently. Contacted them and they advised it was my error and would cost £50 to repair I wasn’t happy however I agreed. This was in July, but then another hole appeared in the next panel EXACTLY the same shape and size, then I knew this was a fault with the panels. I contacted them again with pics and they apologised and said it would be rectified soon. I have now been waiting 6 months since I 1st reported it and they just kept making excuses. They are now full on ignoring me and I’m going to have to go to trading standards.

I’ve now been blocked off their page and they’re claiming that they’re not on trust pilot. AVOID at all costs

DO NOT USE! Had my bathroom fitted by these cowboys, straight away I had no end of problems…leaks, blocked toilet, electrical faults. Got nothing but threats and abuse from Tomas who owns the company and then he blocks you from the Facebook pages which is why you never see bad reviews. There is 2 review pages, one which belongs to him and another “real” one…please search them both, and hear other peoples true reviews and the thousands it’s cost people to rectify their mistakes. None of these fitters are qualified electricians or plumbers…AVOID!
