I'd give them 0 stars if I could ... horrible website - offers are a scam. Just placed a £10 bet for £5 free bet offer to use on football multiples .. I get my free bet of £5 and try place it on EURO 2024 but it wouldn't let me, when literally no other event is playing this week.
They failed to mention that in their T & Cs and by the time I raised that with the relevant department, the free bet expired (24 hour initially) .. Joke of a website and customer service is ridiculous.

Wouldnt bother with the sign up offers, i signed up to BET 10 , GET 30 OFFER.
I received two £10 bets over two days and never recieved my third. I contacted on live chat and they was useless, said i signed up to bet £10 get £20 even when i shown them proof of the screen shot!! Wouldnt bother being customer of these liars. You even have to use your free bets on minimum of 3 teams which it does state, but makes your chances slimmer than other betting sites. I would use other sites instead just so you wont be conned from these.

I don't care that you will delete my review but it is totally TRUE that you are not genuine.

I have joined your site after getting call from you and received bonus of INR 1000.00 and I won then I have tried to withdrawal some amount then you have not allowed then I contacted your support team they said that after account verification withdrawal can be done then I have tried to verification many times but verification not done.

After that I have followed instructions and submitted my AADHAR AND PAN many times via email.

You have not accepted first AADHAR after that PAN and asked other documents then I understood that you will never verify my account and you will never release my withdrawal then I have decided to all money bet in -4-5times to loose and I have done the same knowingly.

I want to know why you have allowed to play me without verification and why you have not accepted my aadhar card for verification after that PAN Card.

Fortunately I have not deposited in your site otherwise it was impossible to withdraw.
Why you are making calls tome to join your site and encouraging to play in your site.

This clear that you are not genuine and want to cheat if any one made deposit.
You are totally fraud and bogus.

One of the worst site ever used in my span of 16 years of betting.
1. The withdrawal usually takes 10 mins to 1 hrs and if that cross 1 he timeline just be calm ull not receive ur money.
2. The customer service is my banking loan recovery agent, might be not even completed with primary level of schooling they won't answer to our query they will just tell what they want to.
3. If we are questioning them, then please ensure your account is on risk, in couple of min u will be thrown out of ur account and will be marked as client locked and then if u try to reach out customer service they will not respond
4. Why is that ur asking to submit proof when we as user are trusting ur fraudulent site and depositing money so better u provide us ur KYC.
5. If an user is submitting 3-4 document then what is more required for verification, does an unknown stranger will have bunch of govt approved Identity proof.
6. Why is this site is asking selfie with POI
