Do NOT recommend, confusing, incorrect information.

If I could give zero stars I would but of course you can't.
I was looking to move my pet care to Como Lake Veterinarian Clinic. I made contact with them a few months ago to set up the account and make sure that I would be able to fill a prescription for my pet who requires medication every day. I asked if we could do it without bringing my pet in because she just had her annual exam with the other vet and was doing well. I was told that as long as they got the prescription from the other vet they could do that closer to the time to do the refill. Time came to arrange for the medication and all of a sudden the information changed. I was told that they would now have to see my pet first. One reason given was because they weren't aware of what the medication was, which is completely untrue. I forwarded my pets file containing detailed information on what the meds were and the dosage at the time I setup the account. The file also confirmed my pet had her annual checkup and that her health was good. When I called them on that reason, the person I was talking to gave me some other reason for not being able to fill the prescription that didn't make sense. At that point I told them that I didn't trust them to care for my pets. It honestly felt like a bait and switch, they advised they could do what was needed to get our business but change the requirements when it was time to get the medication. Disappointing because it was a friend who recommended these folks so we expected better from them. I'll be sure to let our friend know how horrible this experience was.

These folks wasted my time with incorrect information and caused anxiety. When I asked them if they were okay if my pet started to seize again because of the delay in getting the medication the response I got was "I guess". What clinic would ever say that?
