My experience with Vedantu has been extremely disappointing.

In April 2026, I contacted Vedantu to enroll my daughter in the NEET/JEE Foundation program. I was informed that the Foundation batch had already started in March. When I asked whether a new batch was available, the sales team assured me that a new batch would be launched soon. Based on that assurance, I was advised to enroll my daughter in CBSE tuition classes temporarily and pay the full fee, with the promise that she would later be shifted to the new Foundation batch.

Trusting this information, I paid ₹36,000 and my daughter started attending CBSE classes from April 27.

However, after a month, there was still no update regarding the promised Foundation batch. I repeatedly contacted mentors, customer care, and the sales representative who had convinced me to enroll. Before payment, I received multiple calls from the sales team. After payment, getting any response became almost impossible. Calls were unanswered, callbacks never happened despite repeated promises, and there was no clear communication.

After numerous complaints, I was finally informed that no new Foundation batch was available. Since the promised batch did not exist, I requested a refund.

Instead of addressing my concern, on June 3 my daughter was suddenly shifted into an old Foundation batch that had already started nearly two months earlier. We were told to watch dozens of missed recorded classes and catch up on our own. Expecting a student to complete 50-60 missed classes and then join an ongoing batch is neither practical nor reasonable.

My daughter does not need CBSE tuition; she was enrolled solely because Vedantu assured us that she would be moved to a new Foundation batch. That promise was not fulfilled.

I have repeatedly requested either admission into a genuinely new Foundation batch or a refund. Despite multiple complaints and follow-ups, I am still waiting for a proper resolution.

Very disappointed with the communication, transparency, and customer support. Parents should be extremely careful about relying on verbal promises made during the sales process.

We have been with Vedantu for the past four years. All the courses and the teachers were good however, the current maths course is excellent and the course teacher Ms Tulika Sona is exceptional. Ms Sona has tailored the classes in such a way that my daughter benefits the most and she has improved a lot in the subject. We both are highly satisfied and would definitely recommend both the Vedantu course and the teacher confidently to other parents.

I have a very positive feedback for Vedantu. My son has been taking classes from last 3 years and the curriculum and the teachers are very good and the methodology is excellent.

Have used Vedantu since last year and my Son’s Math’s grades have improved a lot with the help of Miss Shreya Bhardwaj fun loving teachings. Shreya Mam is very good and keeps kids engaged so they understand the concepts.

My issue related to Vedantu store. I have ordered books two months ago. I have got the order no and AWB no. I have been tracking my parcel status, every time when I check the courier status shows my order is out for delivery. I tried to contact vendatu through the what's app number but no response. then I have sent an email to vedantu, they said that they will work on that. Still I am waiting for the books.

I enrolled my daughter Aadya Arun Patil in mathematics subject teacher Anshu Rana mam..she is very expert and experienced teacher.my daughter improved a lot in maths now she is little confident about the subject..very thankful to Vedantu team..

Kanchan has been great teacher for my son. We are seeing a impactful progress in our son reading and public speaking capabilities.

The teacher is really helping my kid to pronounce and read and understand the English words.

It's really a great learning experience and right place for my daughter. I enrolled for super speaker program and math class(VMaths). I really thank Ms.Glory Mam who she brought a tremendous progress because of her kind and brilliant way of teaching. My daughter has been taking maths 1 on 1 classes from Heena Ma’am since March 2026. I am very satisfied with the way Heena ma’am has been teaching her. She understands my daughter’s pace of learning and makes her understand the concept thoroughly without creating any pressure on her. My daughter looks forward to the online classes as she enjoys them a lot.

Teacher Jefrin Asma is more friendly and makes the session more interactively

They will Tie up unprofessional financial Institutions and they will harass for the payment without disbursement if loan amount ... very pathetic situation happened with vedantu ..,

I have enrolled my daughter Shanaya Agarwal for super speaker course when she was in class 4..and it's been 2 years now and I can see a lot of improvement in her and all thanks to Suchita Jain ma'am. Initially when my daughter started her super speaker journey with ma'am she was not that confident and not able to concentrate properly but now things have changed alot...she is much more confident now and able to give stage performances without any hesitation and all credit goes to her teacher. She is a wonderful mentor, makes the class environment very friendly and comfortable for my daughter. I am very much satisfied.
