I am very pleased with their service. All items arrived on time, items were best quality as described, and customer service was excellent!! One of our item was shipped incorrectly but after contacting them via email they send the correct items immediately and arrived on time before our house puja. They also send beautiful gift items too!! Thank you so much, I highly recommend them.

Ordered a product and got crappy product...

I have ordered twice from Vedic Vaani and received such wonderful service both times. It is hard to find pooja items in the part of states I live in so must order from India, and Vedic Vaani has everything, plus they have included some free samples with my order each time. It is so kind of them and I will continue to order if I need something in future.

Beautiful photos framed, timely delivery, the packing was nice and intact. We are very pleased with their service. We will totally recommend this website to anyone.

Don’t buy anything from Vedic vaani I ordered a Parad Shivling from them and it’s a fake parad shivling.
It’s depressing and sad I am worshipping that shivling from last one month and after a month shivling turned black.
One should not play with people astha yes they send my order with a very good packing as you can see from other people review but what’s the point of packing when product is fake.
It’s so disappointing people are making money by doing wrong things in the name of GOD.
I am giving O rating to them.
I live in Australia and spoke to them on phone before ordering they spoke to me very nicely on phone and said very big things about their company we never sell fake things we are so good blaa blaaaa all rubbish.

Their response to any of my messages were so polite and prompt!! Despite of the continuous lock down due to covid -19 in Mumbai, I was getting rather anxious. No doubt Vedic Vaani did their very best & dispatched the item to the UK by DHL and it arrived on time before the special occasion. The company has proved their total commitment and support to me as a valued customer from start to finish. The whole set is beautiful and very good quality too.
