No longer fit for purpose

I have used Veeqo for a number of years and always found it to be an excellent tool. Recently though it has caused major problems with our Amazon UK account. We sell on multiple marketplaces and Veeqo has always synced well. In the last few weeks, the sync has failed (but only with Amazon) on several occasions causing us to oversell on our Amazon FBM. For example, Veeqo will present the true picture of 10 items in stock but Amazon shows the same product with 182 items. Nightmare for any ecommerce business. We have been in repeated contact with Veeqo for weeks about this but still no resolution. It was fixed once but quickly failed again. We have been forced to put our Amazon FBM into holiday mode to avoid any risk of overselling. Now we can only use only FBA, meaning half of our products are no longer for sale on Amazon. Naturally we are losing sales. Ironic that Veeqo is now an Amazon company - and yet Amazon is the only marketplace that it does not sync with. As things stand, an Amazon company causes us to oversell our products on Amazon which would ultimately lead to Amazon suspending our account. I would rather go back to being a paying customer on Veeqo and having a system that works instead of relying on a free system which is absolutely NOT fit for purpose. As things stand I do not recommend this product at all.

Save yourself the aggravation and waste of time.

Decent for platform orders, HORRIBLE for any order being generated without syncing from a major platform like AMAZON or EBay, also didn't help that the customer support is impossible to reach and when you do, they hang up on their clients. Terrible interface!

Ever since last month I seen 2 charges…

Ever since last month I seen 2 charges from this company. I called my card to dispute the charges and get a new one. This month i again had 2 charges from this company I have no clue where this company came from deducting money from my account but I want it to stop!!!

Charged without explanation or refund.

I don't use this service, and am not a seller on Amazon. I found a charge on my card, and after multiple emails back and forth, no one could tell me why I was charged. Instead of offering to refund the charge or investigate further, they said I should just handle it with my bank. I had to do a chargeback with my bank and get a new card. Based on the lack of any answers their CS team could provide about this, I'm not recommending them as a good company.

I've just started using veeqo and I am…

I've just started using veeqo and I am very impressed with the platform. It connects to all my marketplaces and so far it has saved me lots of valuable time especially with inventory. Shipping with Royal Mail is also a breeze. To top it all the platform is FREE. Love it.. hopefully they will add more features as the software develops. I will certainly recommend.

Packing slip No info about the box to pack

The interface is OK, but there is no information on packing slip so when the packer picks up the paper, it doesn’t know what box to pack it in that is very bad

Our packing slips templates have some customisation options. Within these options you can add a number of fields such as bundle info, bin location as well as item notes.

It doesn't do a lot...actually nothing.

I use Shipstation for order management of marketplace orders, so hoped that veeqo would do the same. But it is absolutely useless.
The integration doesn't recognise that orders were shipped on the marketplace over a year ago. These should be removed automatically from the main page. I can't 'select all' and delete them manually either. The tags don't update. I have hundreds of out of date orders just sitting there. At least include a simple delete button to clean the page up! It has been over a year since I reported this and no change.

I really tried to like this

I really tried to like this. However, I am not sure who provides their customer service. I keep getting error codes and write to them, but they said they needed a screenshot of the error code. Even though I told them exactly what it was. They have a nice idea, it remembers measurements and weights for certain packages, but 25% of the labels will not generate. So I end up using my old company, which I have to pay a base rate to use. I was trying not to pay them and use another one, but that isn't happening. Until they get their bugs worked out, it looks like I am on the hunt for another company again. Is there any shipping platforms that actually work?

I had a terrible experience with Veeqo…

I had a terrible experience with Veeqo after connecting my UPS account. Once connected, I lost the ability to see Amazon's Buy Shipping options through UPS. Even after deleting my carrier, the problem persisted, which I later found out is a known issue. It’s frustrating that there’s no immediate fix, and while they claim to be working on it, there’s no timeline for when it will be resolved. To make matters worse, the Buy Shipping quotes on Veeqo are consistently higher than what Amazon offers directly. This has been a huge inconvenience, and I cannot recommend this service until these issues are properly addressed.

Aftersales on faulty products non-existent

Ordered 2 scanner on 10 June. One works fine. The other doesn't scan at all. Almost 2 months later and numerous emails, 'support tickets' being raised and being fobbed off by any number of people and excuses, still nowhere nearer with repair, replacement, return or refund. If you order and all goes fine it might be great but if anything goes wrong, don't expect any aftersales - this is completely non-existent.

Always Seeking to improve and care about users needs.

Veeqo made it easier for us to intigrate all our sales channels into one organized shipping and inventory system. It is easy to use for our staff as well managers who need to look up certain items for consignment sales. Customer service is fantastic! They are quick and very helpful. When they can't help they submit an idea to the development team to update the software. I can attest that some of our requests have been done! I especially appreciate their Roadmap of feature ideas that you can review and leave comments. I truly feel Veeqo is not only always seeking to improve their product but cares about what their users want and prioritizes our needs.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the limited reports. I would like more customization and filtering when I need reports on certain tagged items.

Veeqo - great choice for entry and seasoned sellers

Veeqo is a free product for eCommerce sellers to manage their inventory and ship marketplace orders. It is owned by Amazon. You can also buy their mobile scanner to pick orders and check in inventory. We have used their system since 2022 with minimal issues and downtime. I've been satisfied with their support. While there are a few improvements I would like to see, I can't imagine switching to another system anytime soon.

Veeqo is the best value in multichannel ecommerce software

Veeqo is an outstanding service for managing purchase orders, inventory, orders, & shipments. We utilize Veeqo to manage all aspects of our multichannel ecommerce operation. We have been very impressed with the constant feature improvements and responsive support team. Highly recommended!

Well Integrated, Excellent Workflow

I've used a couple of other ecommerce integration and shipping platforms. In early 2023 when I saw that Veeqo was free, I decided to try it. Initially, it had some quirks. But the Veeqo team was quick to address them and to continue to add enhancements to the platform, and it is now head and shoulders above the other platforms that I have used. The overall system, from shipment to inventory management to purchasing, is well-integrated, and well thought-through from a user perspective. Our shipping workflow with Veeqo is so much more efficient that we can now do our daily shipping (across 4 platforms) with Veeqo in about 25% less time than it took with the systems we previously used. Highly recommended!

Cost effective, scalable solution - Highly recommend

One of the best inventory and order processing online platforms is completely supported by REST API. It offers the best shipping costs and can virtually connect to all major marketplaces such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc. Most importantly, their premium customer service and tech support are top-notch. There are some improvements needed on the inventory management side, but the engineers have confirmed they are working on it. Highly recommend
