A great second stay at a Veeve apartment
This very nice apartment was centrally located (near the Chatelet Theatre) and, although on a bustling street, presented us with no noise problems even though we were there on New Year's Eve. The premises were clean, the appliances easy to use, the kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, appliances and dining utensils, and the baths full of hot water and great water pressure. The bedding was very comfortable, and we were able to wash our clothes in the onsite washer. These accommodations were perfect for us! Thank you, in particular, for the great communications from Veeve. We have enjoyed our stays with you in the past and will look to you in the future.
Amazing
There are no words to explain how much we adore our experience. Our apartment spoke to a poets soul and it was in a great location. The Veeve crew were on top of all questions we had, and were an email or phone call away. I can’t wait to come back here, specifically, or plan another vacation at a Veeve property elsewhere. The only downside was that I didn’t want to leave the apartment. I wanted to stay wrapped up in a blanket and just be!!

2. The shower is cold, after asking for a fix. Nothing happened and been told it will work the day after. But no luck.
3. Advertised a garden that is not there/ is shared / accessible only by the road.
4. Half of the fortunitures are sealed and locked.
Totally recommend to avoid.

A Faultless Company To Deal With.
We rented out our studio flat with Veeve a few years ago & had a great experience. The flat was booked out most of the time & was expertly managed by the Veeve team.
Due to a change of circumstances we are now looking to re-list with them again in the near future.
TERRIBLE SERVICE
We arrived at the property. And he showed us around and handed us the keys. There was one door key and two key cards to get into the building. He then left. We went immediately to buy some shopping. We noticed that the second key card was broken and had been glued together. We contacted managagement - you cannot get in touch directly- to a call centre - which i think is abroad. They were utterly useless and said that they couldn't provide a second key. We were 4 people and needed the key. They accused us of breaking the key and we provided photos of it glued together and put in the plastic covering. They continued to say it was broken. Finally a DAY latter the extra key had been put in the mailbox but it took 2-4 hours of phone calls and emails and they kept just saying they coudln't do anything. OK FINE
I am not a compaliner. But we had paid a deposit. and i went back to work and completely forgot about it. We booked via booking.com and 2 months later - in October - i got an email saying they were refunding the deposit and i hadn't notice. But were charging us 20 pound for a key. WEIRDLY 27 pound had been deducted. I thought i was being scammed so i called them. They said there had been an oversight and there accounts had looked over repaying the 240 quid deposit fee!
THEY THEN INSISTED that the property owner had said we had broken the key. I expaliend the situation - then asked to speak to the manager. They said htere was no manager. Then they said there was one and put me on hold for 2 hours. I am still awaiting a resolution.
Disaster of an experience
We stayed at Veeve Canal side and it was a traumatic experience . Please avoid staying at this property at any cost.
The property was quite dated and half the access was blocked which was not mentioned at time of booking .
The help guide has absolutely incorrect information
On day one we got calls from there saying the banister is missing and we should come back to fix it . We had prior commitments and they actually harassed us by making constant calls Day 3 we came back and found the bathroom flooded . Despite claiming a 24 hours customer service there was no repair for over 1.5 days . Thanks to our family close by we used their bathrooms . It’s only after escalation to our booking partner they sent a person to repair . Day 4 we enter the house and the fuse has blown . The have no idea where the fuse box is located and as mentioned before it’s incorrectly mentioned in the help guide . They tell us to stay without electricity till the next day . The upstairs and bathrooms are without electricity so how are we expected to stay like that . We immediately moved next door to Crowne plaza . Instead of an apply the team has the cheek to charge us GBP 500 for a blocked bathroom which is obviously their maintainence issue

Had a brilliant stay in the Ebury Suite at 3 Sloane Gardens. Isaac, the on-site manager, greeted me at the front desk and promptly showed me to my apartment. The apartment was lovely - on the first floor with high ceilings and tastefully furnished with some great art on the walls. Fabulous location - 100m or so from Sloane Square and the tube. Quiet at night and the kitchen had everything you’d need to cook, if you decided to not take advantage of the excellent dining options on your doorstep. Highly recommended!
Very unwelcome space at 37 college road…
Very unwelcome space at 37 college road London. -- almost every cupboard, cabinet, wardrobe was taped over with tamper tape, so you had the feeling of being an imposter in this house. Lots of locked doors all over the house which just created a weird atmosphere. Is this a guest house or not? Pick a side. Dirty, calcified taps, broken shower screen, uncomfortable beds, smell of damp and not a single coffee mug to drink out of (presumably behind one of the locked doors.) Veeve were unresponsive when we asked for cups despite sending video evidence. All in all, felt like we were being conned. Not in any way luxury accommodation. Also had to request a clean midway through a two week stay which should come as standard. Awful! Do not book.

We rented in Paris. At first I was surprised that I got an email from Veeve, after I made the booking via Booking.com. But after we provided all the required info, they revealed the true picture of the building we were staying in...and we were pleasantly surprised. They followed-up and supported us very well. The young lady awaited us promptly on time, upon arrival. We had a great experience and all that was agreed was followed to the letter. So, if I would see their name appear again after a booking, I will be content, that I am in good hands.
I'm having an awful ongoing experience…
I'm having an awful ongoing experience with Veeve in London through Airbnb.
Halfway through our stay they informed us that they made a mistake with the availability and that we needed to check out 5 days before what was agreed previously. They didn't initially offer any option for moving us to another acommodation and, when pressed, they recommended that we payed for another, way more expensive place they had. As a form of "compensation", they offered a discount voucher that wouldn't even pay for the difference in price of a SINGLE day. Seemed like a bad joke.
We are now currently stranded in London without a place to stay for 5 days, our only option being booking somewhere else last-minute (definitely not with Veeve), which is going to end up being way costlier than originally planned.
Overall, terrible organization and even worse customer support.
Extremely disappointing experience with…
Extremely disappointing experience with Veeve
The apartment did not match the description at all. The listing did not mention that it was on the ground floor, with absolutely no way to ventilate the bedrooms. The description also displayed “air conditioning,” suggesting the apartment would be comfortable in summer. In reality:
One bedroom had no air conditioning, no proper window (only a garage-style door that could not be opened), and even visible mold, which is a serious health hazard – especially with a child.
The living room was also not air-conditioned, with only a fragile little window facing the street. The indoor temperature reached 29°C, as shown in a photo I took – far from what one expects when booking a place advertised as “air conditioned.”
Veeve, which claims to rent premium apartments, only provided a fan that circulated hot air in the bedroom and a mysterious machine in the living room they could not even explain how to use. We had flagged these issues when the keys were handed over, but Veeve later denied being informed in order to avoid any compensation.
We did not insist further during our 4-day stay because it was obvious no air conditioning could be installed in such a short time in an old building.
Advice to future customers:
-Document and record everything, as Veeve systematically denies responsibility.
-Check also Google reviews about this company before booking – you will find many similar stories.
Avoid Veeve at all costs!
Avoid Veeve at all costs! We had mice at the luxury property and Veeve's management of the situation was shamefully appalling: asking us to check if there was a trap at the flat; not paying for a pest control company even though a survey by a professional had confirmed an infestation; sending us traps to set. This was a clear health hazard , we were at risk and Veeve did not assume responsibility and offered no logical solution. Luckily AirBnb overrode Veeve and gave us almost half our money back plus a €500 voucher and helped us to find alternative, safe accommodation. Once in action AirBnb's customer service was attentive and supportive. Other problems at the property included a blocked sink, no TV, the buzzer on the door didn't work and Veeve did not address these issues at all. Veeve's messages (you cannot talk to a person) were cloying, clichéd and brazenly dismissive.
Very poor service
I received a brief and rather dismissive cancellation of a booklet that I had had for several months.
They informed me that ‘no other accommodation was available’ and made no mention of the substantial sum of money they had received from me.
When I replied with specific questions, they didn’t bother to answer them and sent me a formula message.
Avoid this company.
Fantastic stay at the Veeve Creative Mastery in Paris!
Fantastic stay, apartment was a good size, interesting, and situated close to the Louvre, many restaurants, and other attractions. We walked everywhere and felt very safe. It is on the top floor and has an elevator. You can see bits of some of the attractions like the Eiffel Tower, Pont Neuf, Montmartre, and the Notre Dame cathedral from the apartment!

"From Professional to Unresponsive: A Disheartening Experience"
At first, our experience with the team was very positive. They were professional, responsive, and we even sent them an email to thank them for the smooth check-in process. Unfortunately, our overall impression changed due to an issue we faced during our stay.
We discovered a mouse in the apartment, which was very distressing—especially since we had informed them that my wife suffers from a severe phobia. Despite reporting the issue immediately, the response we received was far below our expectations. The action taken was minimal and did not reflect the seriousness of the situation.
I later followed up via email to request a refund, but unfortunately, I received no reply. This lack of communication and accountability was disappointing, especially after the initial professionalism.
Good caretakers. Bad marketeers
Veeve were great at taking care of the apartment and I never had an issue with any guest. However, they weren't very proactive in terms of marketing and managing pricing. The property was often priced at very high prices compared to similar properties. I had to constantly ask them to reduce the price in order to optimize for bookings vs price.
