Good service I got my car timely delhi to Bangalore.

If you care about your car, stay away from Vehicleshift. They treated my car like a taxi—interior filthy, cleaning cloths and sprays empty, floor mats ripped, key ring almost broken, and the dash cam yanked out with wires hanging everywhere. They even tore off the rubber under the bumper and left it dragging. Then they lied about delivering to Jamshedpur and made me go all the way to Ranchi to get my own car back. Their good reviews are fake—this is a total scam. I initially trusted Vehicleshift and paid them to move my car from Bangalore to Jamshedpur, but what they did was utterly unacceptable—they treated it like a taxi. I was mentally harassed and shocked when I saw the damage, and all their glowing reviews are clearly paid for—I was a fool to fall for it. Do yourself a favor: please use any other service but theirs. Better drive yourself but do not hand the car to them if actually you love your car.

They stolen fuel and key ring while shifting my vehicle from Hajipur, Bihar to Jalandher

Send your car at your own Risk. Petty thefts from the car is common for these people and they will never entertain your requests. As per them you should inspect your car IN and OUT including engine bay, fast tag, dashboard, mats, seat pockets, etc, which can easily take more then 1 hours of inspection so be ready for theft of your stuff inside your car.

They will unplug your battery as well. So don't rely on your car GPS. Buy and portable one and hide it somewhere in your car. Thats what I did

They detached my Fast Tag, used it in their vehicle and then tried to fixed it back. unfortunately the chip was already torn out and i came to know when I tool my vehicle on a trip after few days and people behind me on a toll gateway started abusing me bcoz my fast tag not working. This is the most inhuman thing can anyone do. I had to purchase a new one plus double toll.

And when I asked for the compensation for 400 bucks, this guys decided to sell his dignity instead and didn even respond.

Please Note - There are 3-5 levels of companies working to deliver your vehicle and none of them has no ethics to face if something happened. Its completely a untrusted business between these parties and your direct contact person is just a chess piece and will never do anything for you.

Send on your own risk and Be ready for surprises. I lost my many items from the car plus this Fast Tag

1. Delayed service
2. Arrogant or no response at all
3. There is no vehicle tracking
4. No door to door service, although they promise but will never deliver
5. Theft of fuel and other accessories

Pls save yourself, pathetic team , garbage service and absolute fraud

Recently used the services of vehicleshift to transfer our innova from navi mumbai to bengaluru. We were a little anxious as it was the first time we were doing this. Firstly Mr. Sushil was very courteous and he assured us that the vehicle would be safe. Secondly, the person who came to pick up the vehicle, Mr. Anwar, was really nice. He was available and helpful till the vehicle was delivered at bengaluru. Apart from delay of about a day, the service was excellent. The vehicle reached the destination without even a scratch. Highly recommend their services.

I had shipped my car from Delhi to Mumbai. At beginning they were very helpful. When they delivered my car it was damaged very badly. The guy who delivered my car was a thug. When I informed him about the damaged he snatched the money from hand and told i won't give it back to you. After all that hocus I called vehicleshift they told me you get the repair quotation. I got the quotation from my car company and then they stopped replying to my messages. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING THEY DONT HAVE THERE OWN TRANSPORTATION. They will send it via third party. Never ever send your car with them.
