No customer service
I don't understand the reviews I saw on Rakuten. They were saying quick delivery and responsive customer service. I ordered directly from Veimia website. Mine took a long time, no communication making me wonder if it was a scam. Then the day I received items, I contacted the customer service for return process for various reasons. I heard nothing back for over 3 days so I sent them another email. So far I heard nothing from them. I guess they don't want me to return items.
