Love my shoes but the laces they came…
Love my shoes but the laces they came with were way too long. I ordered 2 pair of shorter laces. I was charge $15 shipping for 2 pair of $10 laces. When they came, one pair was loose in a plastic bag with two different sizes of laces. None of the replacement laces were 4” shorter than the longer laces as advertised. I’ve sent a message to customer service so we’ll see how Veja responds.

No returns or customer service
I returned a pair of shoes purchased online, and Veja still hasn’t processed my return despite receiving it more than a week ago. Their customer service is completely non responsive. When am I going to get the refund I am owed?

The sizing is not consistent with other brands and the the measurement of my foot. The sandals are at least one full size two large. I don't have this problem with other brands. I even order a half size smaller than my measured foot. The order was not returnable.

Excellent service and true to size
I have promptly received the order I made for two pairs of summery cotton-based shoes (Nova HT canvas and Campo J-mesh). The 8.5 sizing fits quite well. Really happy I don’t have to return them. Time will tell if the shoes hold in rotation with other pairs after which I can edit this review.
I highly recommend shopping directly from Veja (or your local reseller if you have one).

I purchased a pair of sneakers for…
I purchased a pair of sneakers for nearly $200 that became defective after only two wears. I returned them, and the company received the shoes on May 11. It is now over five weeks later and I have received no refund, no store credit, and no communication about how to obtain a replacement.
Their customer service hid behind a no-refund policy despite the product being defective, and my experience has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish.
I cannot recommend this company and will never purchase from them again.
