Having had my bike serviced at several local bike shops and never fully being completely happy with any of them a friend recommended Velo Cate, I will now not go anywhere else! What a great job, bike is running brilliantly and looked new as well. No having to be without your bike whilst it’s in store for a week, velo care turn up to you, job done, and can be straight back out on your bike. Darren is a lovely guy, passionate about bikes and takes pride in his work.

Having seen how busy some bike shops are on Facebook with pictures of lots of bikes in for a service I was reluctant to put my bike in. I heard through a friend about Velo Care's mobile bike service and signed up for the 3 hour (£130) service. Having not serviced my bike in the 2 years since purchase the Di2 had recently failed. I thought it was a good time to get a proper service. Darren did a great job. The chain and some of the bearing had to be replaced but my bike feels absolutely great again! I will certainly use Velo Care again in the future. Thanks.

Had a deluxe service on my mongoose bike. Brilliant job by Darren and will definitely use him again. My bike has never ridden so well.

I’ve been using Darren for over two years now to look after my bikes for services and parts. Darren is really friendly and you can tell he just loves working on bikes. Darren’s aftercare is also 10/10 if you have any issues he gets straight back to you and fixes the problem straight away.

Darren at Velo Care once again provided a first class bike service, right on our driveway, he arrived promptly and as you would expect he is very knowledgeable about all things bikes and has lots of relevant bike advice. Without even leaving home my bike was cleaned up, fine tunned and only the necessary parts replaced, it was then ready to go!

My bike is now not only running smoothly but faster - who wouldn't want that!

Darren has rebuilt my favourite bike with Di2. He took the time to get everything neat (had a battle to keep the cables concealed in the handle bars). Very happy with the result and have been happily recommending him to everyone
