Five stars for customer service
This review is purely about Velo’s customer service.
I have ordered a couple of times from Velo, and both deliveries have had issues. This is not their fault- it’s Evri’s fault. Their use of Evri as a courier is the only reason I struggle to stay brand-loyal.
So- to the point. My latest (next day) delivery sat with Evri for four days until I contacted them and an AI bot told me it was suddenly ‘Damaged and had to be destroyed’ (sold down the pub by the driver more like).
So, contacted Velo, who were fantastic. The same person handled all my emails and sorted a re-delivery. Also bunged a couple of free cans my way, which wasn’t necessary, but appreciated all the same.
VELO- if you read these reviews, give Nina M. a raise. She was helpful, professional and a joy to deal with. She’s probably the only reason I’m sticking with the brand (apart from McLaren!). Her customer service gives me hope in a world of chatbots and ai ‘case handlers’.
5 stars for Nina, 0 stars for Evri.

I enjoy their products
I enjoy their products, however ran into trouble with my order, the delivery service had lost my package (not Velos fault) I reached out to them and they sent out the replacement order, however I had placed an order for the CIRCUIT CHAMPIONS EDITION: Sweet Papaya flavour but not they don’t have any in stock so i missed out on trying it which is a shame, again not exactly their fault just a bit disappointing.
All in all I have been using their products for years and will continue to do so.

Scammers
Get a free can if you sign up and complete a survey... Except the website times out once completed. This isn't new, it did this last year and it's still doing it now. Any browser or device, happens to other friends I know. So I've signed up for something free and they've got my data and intentionally bugged the site. Not buying products from scammers.

Fantastic customer service and product!
Fantastic customer service, Unsurprisingly Evri messed up the delivery and left my parcel on the street, which was promptly stolen obviously. This was April 9th, Evri have still not responded or started an investigation, whereas I emailed Velo yesterday and within two hours they had responded offering a refund or replacement and shipped the order today.
Cannot speak highly enough of both their products and customer service. The pouches themselves are my favourite, they have a great variety of flavours have all bene nice (I have tried all but the mint products).
They are the only pouches that I have found that don’t leave a horrid chemical feeling and taste in the mouth. 10/10 recommend!
Also they sometimes have huge sales on, in December I got 12 cans for less than £20.

Very good customer service, when Evri didn’t deliver they got back to me within an hour and replaced my order with a few extra cans as compensation.

Almost Order Delay
There was a delay in my regular order arriving, I say “delay” but in fairness the order went through early on Saturday morning and I am so used to the excellent turnaround times I was surprised when they were not with me on Sunday! So when they didn’t arrive I sent a mail to Velo Customer Service who responded very quickly to assist me. I was a bit embarrassed that by the time I read their mail my Velos had arrived! Thank you to Velo Customer Care!
