Great Service
I have used this cycle shop for both the purchase and for servicing my bikes. My experience has always been positive. There is no doubt that they give priority to their loyal customers which I think is a good thing.

Brilliant service and practical options from Paul at Velocity 44 last week, heading me off from making potentially the wrong investment. I plan to return when I've thought more about the bike I need, as I have confidence they really know their stuff!

To busy to help
Just contacted the shop, which has full bike repair and build facilities, and asked for a quote to rebuild a set of wheels only to be told that they are full and wouldn't take my order to rebuild my wheels as they are" to busy"... REALLY !!!!! I said I'm not in any rush but nope, still wouldn't let me book in the job. I'm guessing I'll get the same reply when I phone soon to order a new bike that they are too busy to take my order.. For a local bike shop, it's a big disappointment.

They are very rude
They are very rude, and not compassionate at all. Went there the first time to enquire about scotland funding of £50 on bike repair and the lady responded with disdain. Went there a second time asking them for help with my daughter's bike, the guy who attended to me was no better than the previous. This could have taken 5 minutes but they didn't even take a look at all, telling me to come back the next week. Despite the fact that i pleaded with them and i looked exhausted. Terrible customer service

Order cancelled & rude conduct by the Shop Owner
Most unpleasant experience. ORDER taken for (not in stock) "Specialised" bike with some freebies negotiated with by The Salesman, as part of the deal.
While awaiting delivery of the bike, order was cancelled by the Shop Owner stating that The Salesperson had not authority to give the agreed freebies. The Owner behaviour was SCANDALOUS... He thought he was doing me a favour by returning my deposit!!!
I was treated with complete disrespect.
