Easy purchase, poor delivery process.

I purchased a product 8 days ago. I thought it would be next-day delivery but it turns out the product comes from Spain.
Received an email with a tracking number, my name misspelled and a delivery company I never heard of.
Tried to track after finding their site, my address, email and phone were all incorrect. I found out the delivery was redirected to DPD. After several attempts to fix the issues and contact the sender, still no success.

In conclusion: was easy to purchase online but delivery through Seur and DPD is messed up. Veltec should consider using better shipment companies like TNT or Fedex.

Update: 14 days later the product never arrived and is being returned due to error in shipment.

A little bit expensive, you cannot choose the color of the pieces, My delivery was wrong, but didn't depend from Veltek.
All parts are original and even if in different color are perfectly functional.
