I ordered an RV door lock. Company sent a completely different item and refused a refund, return, or any resolution at all, instead suggesting that I should "enjoy" the item (that I did not need or want), while also paying for it. They did offer a small discount (on the item I did not need or want) but also failed to deliver on that. Avoid! Scam!
Purchased 2 12V LifePo batteries which never arrived, instead 2 tiny kids toys meant to be hand chargers with USB arrived and a text saying no refund offered. Stay away from these scammers. If it's too good to be true????
Bought 3x BOSS polo t shirt ... arrived three weeks later. Obviously FAKE and not real BOSS. Very cheap, logo is stuck on, label is mostly with Chinese writing.
I want to give 0 stars but cannot. Avoid them! Bought three so called Boss polo shorts. They claimed they are genuine Boss t-shirts - they are not. Chinese label not Boss label. Boss transferred on the front and not embroidered. Definitely not cotton. Feel like nylon.
I have tried to email them numerous times without the courtesy of a response. I have no idea how to return the shirts and to claim a refund.
