Unfair reviews
Good prices, free sending and ultra fast service. A pleasant stress free experience and they also offer a vast choice of clothing sizes and range. The rating that feedback has given them here on Trustpilot is unfair and not applicable to my experience. Goods arrived via Correos on the day.

They started well and I received my orders. But due to their business structure, Venca does not take any responsibility if the other stores they represent does not fulfill their obligations to sort out issues of bad service like Trending Utopic who sent me the wrong item due to high demand at Christmas time and refuse to deal with it unless I do all the work for them as they are treating it as an unwanted item by me and that was not the case. I ordered a watch and they sent me a man’s bracelet!!! Utterly useless for me!! I am feeling forced to make an official complaint at the consumer protection office!!! BE VERY CAREFUL!!!
