Total scam! VendPros stole my money and won’t return any of my calls. I invested $30k into their system and after a couple weeks “setting up systems” they totally ghosted me.

No communication. No accountability. Totally vanished. I request TrustPilot find a way to crush this company and help all of us get our money back in full. I’ve tried getting lawyers involved, but most lawyers tell me it will take 50-100k in legal fees to just get my money back. Unfortunately I fell for this scam but am hoping no one else does. Please stop VendPros and get them to return our money!

Made a $30k investment (supposedly six machines) at Houston airport. Corresponded with me for a couple weeks, set up a Slack channel, had me create Stripe for payment details and then slowly, one by one, each of the “employees” deactivated on the slack channel. Have had no correspondence since May 14th, despite attempts to contact them via email, phone, slack. Total scam, save yourself from learning the hard way like I did.

I was misled into investing $50,000 with a company called Vending Accelerator (VendPros) based largely on glowing reviews on your platform. Upon closer examination after the transaction, I believe many of these reviews appear suspicious or inauthentic.

I have filed complaints with the FTC (#189109699), CFPB (#250621-21732749), Washington and Wyoming Attorneys General, and the FBI IC3 (ID: f885dddf79bb4ce3a145a74e0f1518ed).

I request that Trustpilot conduct a formal review of the VendPros profile for deceptive or manipulated testimonials and take appropriate enforcement actions, including suspension or removal of the business listing.

I have supporting evidence and communication logs available upon request.

I invested in this company on may 6, I bought the gold package which was 50k. They were communicating for about a week the after that they have ghosted me and wont return my call or answer my emails. All the reviews are fake and made up some how.

Hospital never close. People always need snacks, drinks, and toiletries. My hospital machines paid for themselves in 7 months.

I can’t believe how much my life has changed in the past year. As a single mother of four, I spent 12 years working as a nurse, pulling 12-hour shifts, barely getting any time with my kids, and constantly feeling like I was just making ends meet. I always wanted something that would give me more freedom, but I never knew where to start.

I was thrilled. But then I hit a snag. One of my locations—a smaller office building—just wasn’t making much. I was bringing in around $250 a month from that machine, which wasn’t terrible, but definitely not what I expected. I reached out to the team, and within two weeks, they found me a much better spot inside a popular 24-hour gym. That single change boosted my revenue from that machine to over $1,200 a month.

That was the moment I knew I had made the right decision. I never had to worry about figuring things out alone, and the support has been incredible. Now, I have multiple machines running, and I was able to leave my nursing job entirely. I wake up, spend time with my kids, and check my earnings from my phone while they’re at school. It still doesn’t feel real sometimes.

If you’re hesitant like I was, just know that it’s normal to feel that way, but I’m so glad I didn’t let fear hold me back. This has been life-changing for me and my family, and I’m beyond grateful for the VendPros team for making it possible.
