I got scammed by this fake company! I ordered masks in February. They arrived promptly. I returned them because of their poor quality and never received a refund. I sent emails after emails and called them several times and never received a response. I payed $149.75 for the masks that they kept.

I came here to file a grievance against Veniry.com, and its customer service and product quality, but ALL of the previous reviewers have expressed these sentiments eloquently as I have also experienced. TERRIBLE standard of service. TERRIBLE customer care. Veniry lacks integrity and accountability on all areas of the transactions. Finally, after receiving the masks nearly 4 months later, TERRIBLE product quality. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. That is Veniry's company mission statement.

The The worst of the worst company to order from. I ordered what supposed to be N95 masks I ordered them on February 29 and I just received them June 7 they’re in such a poor quality and they’re $30 each I ordered five stupid me don’t spend your money very poor quality made out of soft sponge you can’t breathe and gets so hot around your mouth and lips but you’re gossiping for air.

I ordered 2 mask in February 2020, i paid $30 a piece charged my account 67.00 took 5 emails and took 3 months to receive 2 cheap nylon masks. This company is a scam and consumer's like me get screwed! Something needs to be done legally for this scammer

It took over two months to receive my order(2 N95 masks)!! I had to follow up with them to get my package sent.
I spent over 50 bucks and the masks did NOTHING, I can see HOLES through the regulators(and they are closed) and that will not help with the virus.

Placed my order on 3/1 and still no mask. Emailed them twice to follow up and they do respond on the same day (using the worst possible grammar—misspelled words, no punctuation...clearly not professionals).

They claim the mask is still coming which if I do get...I know will be a fake.

It’s pretty pathetic that during such a scary and vulnerable time people will take advantage of that. Well hopefully karma gets them in the end...

SCAM! I wish I can give them ZERO stars. I ordered a mask end of February, I received it yesterday and it’s made of the cheapest styrofoam material. $30 is what they charged. It was shooting be an “N95” mask.

This is a scam company. I ordered masks N95 in march 3. Got the run around and complained many times. Finally got a tracking number, shows coming out of China and just was an initiated label. Nothing shipped for 30 days. I finally got the package, the product was not what I ordered at all. Masks made if foam with a pretend valve, The material itself is almost see through and will not stop any Virus. I asked for a refund, radio silence
I dealt with Mike or debbie via email. I doubt there is even a mike or debbie. Can someone help us track down the @÷==ssholes and get our money back or at least let us beat them into submission... there must be some ip seaching via email and GPS combo to pinpoint where they are in China.

Ordered 2 masks in March...still have not received them. Tracking still says Origin post is preparing shipment!! No replay to their email as well. SCAM...don't waste your time and money!

The company is A SCAM. I have filed a complaint with the NY Attorney General's office. As with many of these reviews I ordered a mask in early March. I'm ok not getting it but they refuse to refund. Do not buy anything from this company.

This company is a total scam. I ordered in mid February, 3 N95 adult masks and a children's N95 mask with filter. I received part of my order the first of April (adult masks). First, they are NOT N95 masks - they are foam masks that do NOT fit secure to the face - N95 masks should fit secure to the face. I did not receive the children's mask or filter. I have emailed multiple times about the children's mask and either get a general response about how they are busy or that they are still going through regulations for the children's mask. I have asked for a refund but have not received one. Yes, I am the fool that ordered them in the height of the Coronavirus pandemic at an absurd price inflation, so I feel that I should expect this type of scam, my advice is stay away. You will get a better mask off of Etsy at this point. One other thing, this company claims it is out of Oregon; however, my package was shipped from China. So there you go! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Beware of this company. It takes advantage of the situation and charges 6x the actual cost of a face mask.

This company is a scam!!! I ordered face masks in February and have yet to receive my face masks. I am filing a complaint with the NC attorney General! You will be throwing money away if you buy from them.

Placed an order late February and alleged shipment information on March 1. Seems they just took the money and ran.

Everything that everyone is saying is true. I have every email we sent one another and it was either an extremely interesting coincidence or they were given me the runaround. However, they did respond to every single email I sent. Finally after a month I received the product yesterday. Yet, the quality seems lacking. Let down.

This company appears to be fraud driven! I ordered on February 29 and of course no delivery! I got the same universal answers I’m reading on all the other complaints. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and and waiting for my next course of action. Do not order from this company! They take your money and never send the items you order. Hopefully Law Enforcement will catch up with them soon! Now I’m being told they sent a 20 percent discount for another order and my order will arrive in 6 days. Total SCAM!

to me! Called post office they are still working during the virus! No problems there.
On March 3 2020 I ordered product face masks from what appeared to be a US company, the product said it was in stock and would ship in 2-3 days, and take 1-2 weeks for delivery. I was charged for product in advance and did not receive a confirmation. I emailed an inquiry and over a week later was given a tracking number. The tracking number showed it was being prepared for shipment from China. The tracking stayed as preparing for shipment for weeks and I still have no order but my PayPal was billed almost a month ago. The only response I get is "here is the tracking number" which says it is being prepared to be shipped from China.or Portland Oregon! All this company wants to do is not answer my?
