As a new Locum I have had an excellent experience working with Sam Cox. From the outset, the recruitment process was smooth, professional and well-managed. Communication has always been prompt, clear and courteous, and I have never been left wondering where things stand.
What sets Sam apart is her personable approach. She makes you feel like a valued colleague rather than just another candidate on a database. She is always happy to assist, approachable, and genuinely invested in ensuring assignments are the right fit. Her encouragement, positivity and support throughout the process have been greatly appreciated.
The Nottingham City Council assignment itself was fantastic and provided an excellent opportunity to develop my local authority experience and work with a great team. Whilst a subsequent change in team leadership was not quite the right fit for me personally, this was no reflection on the recruitment process or the support provided by Sam, which remained excellent throughout.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Sam to both candidates and clients. Her professionalism, responsiveness and commitment to building strong working relationships make her a standout recruiter. I look forward to continuing our working relationship and securing future assignments together.

Not let me down
Been with venn for a while, Finn walker and Alex tresnan aye the guys I deal with, never had an issue with the company. The guys have had me in long term work and answer the phone 24/7 is there's any issues. Good agency to get in with, would recommend.
